I just bought a PRS SE Custom 24-08 at Sweetwater a couple days ago and man is this guitar fantastic!!! I drove 4 hours to Sweetwater to get it, and I am so thankful I did. This is one of the best guitars I've ever played, and I have several MIA Strats and LP's. and a couple high-end Ibanez guitars! Playing this SE has convinced me to buy a core model, so here in the next 6 months, I am hoping to pick one up!
Nice! These are amazing guitars! Mine is the standard quilt top but these Semi Hollow Custom 22 are hard to beat. Tone and playability are really comparable to my USA PRS 24.
Yes, PRS only made about 30 of them for one guitar dealer in AZ as a special run to celebrate their anniversary a couple years ago. Maybe they will make another run someday.
Thanks for pointing that out! I should have mentioned that in the video... I had the second push pull pot added, so I could choose to split one and not the other. But from the factory, it just has one push pull on the tone knob that splits both simultaneously.

Awesome! Yes, they are getting better and better every year. The SE’s are an incredible value now.
Beautiful guitar!
Thank you!
PRS tuners are the best that I have found, so smooth. Nice guitar, would be nice to hear it.
I agree, they are fantastic. I am not a great player, but I will try to record some of the tones for another video. Thank you!
gorgeous
Thank you!
PS Very nice guitar collection you have.
Thank you kindly
You can't have too many guitars ! 😊
That's true!

Wow where were these available? I wish they were available
Now!

Beautiful, wish I could find one.
Ya, those dealer specific limited runs are usually so limited you have to get lucky, or wait for someone to sell theirs someday. Good luck!
That’s crazy man I got that same exact guitar
That's awesome! How do you like it?
@@IamMusicNerd it’s great man, love the tones it gives me. I think mine came a little different, it came with the PP tone knob, but not the volume.

What is the name of the strat-style guitar with an f-hole in the background ?:)
That is a Strat I built myself. It has a Walnut body from Warmoth, and a one piece rosewood neck from Fender. There is a video on my channel about it.
@@IamMusicNerd Thanks for answering:)
