      It might work wonders for you! There is nothing wrong with trying it for a while and seeing how you feel! Remember, high fats are the key! Also, I believe lots of salt with lots of water is important. Thqnk you so much for your support and feed back!

    Hey Jason, I mail-order suet fat from grass-raised cows and eat it raw. It has no flavor and chews like taffy. While the suet is chilled I cut into bite-size cubes. I then put the cubes into baggies and freeze. You should try it, it’s different. The color of grass-raised suet is yellow, not the familiar white color. It’s the fat surrounding the kidneys and is the best fat from the animal.

      I'm so glad you shared this! I've been trying all sorts of fats and not getting very far. So far, the bone marrow fat is amazing, and I was going to stick with that, but there isn't much of it. However, it's 700 calories per 100 grams, which I thought was good. I'll call my butcher and try this!

    Maybe you can reverse type2 diabetes but if the person goes back to the carbs and sugars it comes back

    • @ragefilledvergin
      @ragefilledvergin 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Type 2 diabetes is a symptomatic response to sugar/glucose toxicity. Of course the symptoms come back when you begin poisoning yourself with sugar again.

      @@JuJu916JuJu diabetes is a horrible disease and I truly believe that if you go back to eating like you used , your insulin levels will definitely rise . In order to put it in remission you must maintain eating very low carbs , ketovore or carnivore.

      I eat mostly butcher meat and veggies. Half the year the veggies where from my own garden so I would say I eat healthier than most.

      Yes, that is correct. In my previous video, I actually tested it, and although the test results were not ideal, I decided to upload it anyway. There is still some work to be done for myself a week out. I did some fasts and what not but my GKI is still a bit high.

    Hi guys! IF you do carnivore, be sure to add LOTS of fat to get a proper 80% ratio, for it to be very ketogenic! Meat alone won't get you there, so add lots of butter, heavy whipping cream, beef fats. Use Cronometer to track your macros, its free. and shows you your macros easily

    • @jasonwatson6104
      @jasonwatson6104  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Kerry mentioned that the timeline for improvement can vary from 3 to 6 months. He also noted that some issues showed immediate improvement, while others, like the heart issue, might take up to a year to see significant progress. Ultimately, the timeframe depends on the specific medical issue being addressed. I believe it also depends on the individual and the rest of the lifestyle. Things like exercise and sleep also have an impact. I hope this helps.
