Get after it boys.. I'm a full blown jaws dripping blood carny and have zero inflammation, I feel light and my muscles are hard..38 years old and feel better than most 18 year Olds. You're nailing the cure for all these diseases. Bravo
It might work wonders for you! There is nothing wrong with trying it for a while and seeing how you feel! Remember, high fats are the key! Also, I believe lots of salt with lots of water is important. Thqnk you so much for your support and feed back!
Hey Jason, I mail-order suet fat from grass-raised cows and eat it raw. It has no flavor and chews like taffy. While the suet is chilled I cut into bite-size cubes. I then put the cubes into baggies and freeze. You should try it, it’s different. The color of grass-raised suet is yellow, not the familiar white color. It’s the fat surrounding the kidneys and is the best fat from the animal.
I'm so glad you shared this! I've been trying all sorts of fats and not getting very far. So far, the bone marrow fat is amazing, and I was going to stick with that, but there isn't much of it. However, it's 700 calories per 100 grams, which I thought was good. I'll call my butcher and try this!
So happy the word is getting out more about how a heavy meat based diet can be so healing. Also, I believe strongly in prayer and I’m continuing to pray for your healing Jason. I was diagnosed with MS almost 10 years ago and my health was rapidly declining. I’m so thankful a person told be about a book that talked about a keto based diet that begin my exploration to good health.
Type 2 diabetes is a symptomatic response to sugar/glucose toxicity. Of course the symptoms come back when you begin poisoning yourself with sugar again.
@@JuJu916JuJu diabetes is a horrible disease and I truly believe that if you go back to eating like you used , your insulin levels will definitely rise . In order to put it in remission you must maintain eating very low carbs , ketovore or carnivore.
Kery has been a great help! He even posted our interview on his community tab! I really want everyone to see the Seyfried interview. I think it could help a lot of people!
Yes, that is correct. In my previous video, I actually tested it, and although the test results were not ideal, I decided to upload it anyway. There is still some work to be done for myself a week out. I did some fasts and what not but my GKI is still a bit high.

Hi guys! IF you do carnivore, be sure to add LOTS of fat to get a proper 80% ratio, for it to be very ketogenic! Meat alone won't get you there, so add lots of butter, heavy whipping cream, beef fats. Use Cronometer to track your macros, its free. and shows you your macros easily
Kerry mentioned that the timeline for improvement can vary from 3 to 6 months. He also noted that some issues showed immediate improvement, while others, like the heart issue, might take up to a year to see significant progress. Ultimately, the timeframe depends on the specific medical issue being addressed. I believe it also depends on the individual and the rest of the lifestyle. Things like exercise and sleep also have an impact. I hope this helps.
@@jasonwatson6104 yes, thank you, I was just wondering if it was immediate because I am trying to reduce inflammation in my body. I deal with auto immune issues. I started all of this by listening to Dr. Berry. So far though I have seen fantastic results!
Have you tried complete elimination. Rib eye only. 1 meal per day. Largest rib eye you can eat? Check out Jordan peterson and his daughter on complete elimination.
Thanks for having me Jason! Love what you are doing
Thank you Kerry! It was an amazing time! I cant wait for our fast!

Maybe you can reverse type2 diabetes but if the person goes back to the carbs and sugars it comes back

Then don’t go back

Correct! Many doctors have come out now and have even been carnavour for 10 years straight themselves! Its quite amazing!
HI Jason, how did you eat before you had cancer?
I cannot find this topic in your videos...
I eat mostly butcher meat and veggies. Half the year the veggies where from my own garden so I would say I eat healthier than most.
Kerry, Jason mentioned on a interview with Dr Baker that he needs help with his utube channel. Perhaps you have someone that can help?

Professor Seyfried actualy took the 2 and made a formula. He called it GKI. Glucose Kitone Index. My previous video talks all about GKI.

Oxalates in vegetables are so bad
Yes
Stick to carnivore for your health. Just ask for meat without anything.
Please see my other videos. I have done this and am not effective enough for me. I was a carnavour.
