The part you wanted identifying appears to be one half of the shroud from a handle-less pizza cutter.
Great work by the way... although shame you didn't recreate the Death Star trench, complete with X-wings and Tie-fighters as handles!
Maybe I'll have to do that one, who knows you may have inspired me!!!
