My favorite cook on the channel, love his outgoing personally, his swamp knowledge, and mostly his Blackstone meals, always a wonderful experience with Bruce Mitchell the 👑of Louisiana.
I'm an open fire cooking gal, campfire, fireplace and even a wood cookstove so thought why would I need a Blackstone?! Then I saw Bruce cook on one! I had to search for another video and then I was sold, I'm sure I can't live without one! LOL Put it on my Christmas list but asked nicely to have it early for Thanksgiving!! Thanks, Bruce, for making it look so easy!
Another great Bruce Mitchell Bayou cooking video! Nate you guys do a fantastic job putting the show together! Oh I almost forgot great filming and the guy who always goes above and beyond to sing the intro song!
I love the south and the way of life y’all living. Born and raised in the Bay Area, it’s hard to come across humble, happy, and down to earth folks like y’all.
GRAND SLAM Gater Man Bruce! About them chicken apple sausages...well...for me [and Emeril] it'll always be a 'pork fat thing' - especially with grits...something about butter and pork fat that makes grits smile. Watching you make chocolate roux gave me an idea on how to use instant grits on the Blackstone...give them instant grits some 'toasting time' on the griddle before adding water [I also add a three finger splash of white wine]. Golly...good eats, indeed! Much love to the Gator Man - keep making and sharing the videos!
BRUCE MITCHELL is BACK!! Oh yeah!!! His cooking episode guest spots are the only reason I'll tune into Blackstone Griddles Channel and the only reason I subscribed! anyone else i simply don't watch!, he's just one of a kind!
Never been a fan of grits but enjoy a few pieces of a good fried mush with alittle maple syrup every once in awhile, Weird i know since the 2 are almost the same. The saying is " I Don't Always Eat Mush but When I Do It Has To Be Yoder's" ,Thanks for the new video.
Not saying that water is wrong for the eggs. You do what you like and I will do the same. Just a suggestion here, try cooking eggs with butter. The fat seems to make them more fluffy and they taste better to me. As always, you do what you like! Just a suggestion. I do learn new things from you. Thanks for the videos!
Bruce you have to try NuNu's chicken sausage. It's the absolute best. Smoked or regular. They have one in Scott right off I-10 and several other locations. Best boudin also. Try it . Seriously
Bruce is now my favorite chef

I used to think milk did that then found out that water is good to use man the rain is a good thing

HEYYYYYY. Bruce. Deborah. From. Wilmington. Delaware. Blessings.
Good cooking
Water in the eggs to fluff 🤔 huh
Never heard of that one, thanks 💯
It's a pro-tip, you'll have to try it!!
Could you use powdered milk or if nothing else half and half.
Great video Bruce 👍 Not a fan of chicken or turkey sausage but it's probably healthier so they tell me?? LoL
Chicken and apple sausage? Where can I find them?
You out did yourself again.
Bruce Mitchell vs Gordon ramsay would be good to watch. But not in a normal kitchen but in the outdoors

You don't need water. Just whisk the eggs a little longer.
instant grits and all I can think is My Cousin Vinny. No rules on the bayou
I like to use duck fat on occasion with My BS griddle .
Nooòòooò not instant grits! Say it ain't sooo😢😢.😊😊
"No self respecting southerner would ever use instant grits". My cousin Vinny.
No such thing as too much butter for grits
All looks great but have to say that instant grits taste like crap. Tried them once and ugh.
I can make a much better breakfast than this on my stove with a 15 inch cast iron skillet and easy clean up. Fuck a Blackstone.
You Had Then You Lost Me Chicken Sausage 🤮🤮
Naw that ain’t it
