- This video will teach you how to make a cartoon of yourself without drawing using the free website method. The first site is called, photocartoon.net and after loading your photo, the website allows you to choose from over 20 cartoon effects. The majority of the results are not super fantastic except for one, and that selection is called "Cartoon Face," which is the 9th selection from the top down on the left. The system conducts an average of the photo's colors and returns an average color, which creates this fantastic vector-like effect.
