Always an ever evolving challenge on what to pack out for trips. Haven’t been out more than 3-4 camping trips so far but interesting trying to optimize your cargo storage and access locations for the best usage.
probably not. I go through the fear not so much for my stuff but what i may encounter in the field. probably have way more tools than i need. like the content keep it going have fun safe fun on the trails
I just bought a rack and a Nature Nest tent for my Gladiator. Going to build my own fridge slide. Still unsure of a fridge. Can’t see myself paying that much for the iceco.
We bought our Iceco during Amazon prime days and got it for like 20% off. I want to say it was like $300-$400ish a few years ago. Set Power is another fridge that is a bit more budget friendly than Iceco.
@ that fridge is 25% off now for Black Friday sales. I found a 58q fridge for $250. It’s $200 right now. Can’t remember the brand but had great reviews.
@@DirtRockTeam I did go over board on a jackery but well also use it in the house. Paid $1200 for it yesterday and normally $2000. Comes with 2-100w folding solar panels.
@ you use it more than just camping so that much in my opinion is justified. We use our ecoflow in the house as well when we loose power too. Stuff like that is always nice to have because you never know when you are going to need it!

Totally agree, it's a constant balancing act!
Yeah it’s always a struggle not overpacking.
Good honest evaluation. I always have similar extras and each trip out is a reevaluation afterwards.

It is always better to be prepared but being overly packed can be a pain sometimes.
