OCEAN CORAL SPRING- All You Need To Know|| IS IT REALLY WORTH IT??

- Ocean Coral Spring has been on the list of hotels I wanted to go and I must say it did not disappoint. Ofcourse everything can't be 100 but for the most part it didn't disappoint. The best part of this hotel is the entertainment in my opinion, as always the food is touch and go and the customer service for me ill give it a 7/10.
PROs: 1. Room service is unlimited but goes from 11am-6pm and anything after that you have to pay
2. like I said they offer a lot of different stuff for entertainment from bowling, bull riding, flying kite, pool party and night party plus much more
Cons: 1. It took sometime for some of the members of out party too get their room and for others the WIFI wasn't working however I never had that issue.
2. food at red snapper was not it 👎🏽 however Route 66 was good and the buffet has a wide variety for breakfast and dinner.

Oh no!! The beach is awful. But thats a recurring thing in Mobay. Hear you bout tourist will be tourist. No ma'am, not this tourist lol. Every time I visit Jamaica, I frequent the beaches in Westmorland.

Do you have to pay for anything since it is all inclusive? Please let me know because I'm going in February but need to know how much money to bring. Do you have to pay for the meals at the restaurants? Do they have free food at the resort if you opt out of going to the restaurants, are the activities free? Free alcohol? Thank you so much!
its all inclusive , we didnt pay for the meals at the restaurant, the activities and some of the alcohol are free, i believe the top shelf is at a cost

How strict are they with the Covid restrictions? I don’t see anyone wearing masks. I have been to numerous resorts in Jamaica don’t mind spending the dollars but expect excellent service.

The fireball shots that we did we brought those….all the other shots were from the hotel

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had it is beautiful don’t get me wrong but the service is 2/10 the food is 2/10 the night life here is 2/10. The room service is 0/10. I’ve been to many resorts around the world watched videos before I came this is not it. They cater to locals (wich I noticed as staying here most the reviews are from locals) the people are either overwhelmed or just don’t want to work here. Please if you are going to Jamaica this is not it. If you DONT want to be disappointed. Overall Jamaica is nice and I plan on coming back to try a different resort.

I was there in March. I loved my room, I had a swim out. The resort has a lot of potential but needs some work. I understand the staff shortage, so I don’t hold them for that but there was a lot of inconsistencies.

@@speezy-dt9du I would stay again. The food at the hut and the buffet was the best to me. The food was hit or miss at times at some of the other restaurants. It’s worth a try.

Sister hotel (next door) opens in November I believe, most of Coral Springs facilities can be used

Brilliant presentation! With you on the tiles/decor. The designers are stuck in the sixties. Did a lot of hotels but mainly boutique for more personal vibe. Customer Service needs a lot of training and more organisation for events and room service. I get more in Asia for less. Nothing is too much, which when you're paying for holidays is how it should feel. Not into all inclusives probably because I prefer more intimate and not those long paths to the rooms after a few drinks or a day out. Ditto don't like cruises with hundreds of people that I want to avoid!! Also, so many people have the same disappointment about dining reservations which is ridiculous when you expect food on tap at all inclusive.

the hotel has liquor and their good but we always just bring our own drinks.....well I offer tourguide services to diff spots soif you want a day of excursion off the resort you can send me a DM

Hey quick question how did you get a cake on the resort ? Or where from. Also are there any fancy or nice restaurants you recommend that are outside of the resort?
The restaurants I would recommend outside the hotel are actually in Montego Bay and not Falmouth…uncorked west is a nice one and somewhat affordable
It was my friends bday so the cake was made & we brought it in the night

Is there's airport shuttle to the resort
We're they doing covid testing
unfortunately im not sure but maybe calll the hotel they would be able to give you an answer
If you book on the hotel website you get free shuttle to and from the hotel. They offer Covid testing for $45.
