The carps jumping indicates a parasite problem.Especially carp louse could be a big factor here.
Have you looked more into this? Just a thing that i instantly recognized.

Carp jump for all sorts of reasons not just parasites, it can be to clean food or other debris from the gills or it could be to regulate pressure in the swim bladder
