Crew cabins are tiny. If you don’t organize your stuff well, it quickly becomes an unbearable living situation. It’s even harder when your roommate is a stranger, I imagine.
I agree in almost all situations. Our cabin on the Elation actually worked out alright for us but it’s an unfair comparison as being a married couple working together on a ship is pretty rare.

Crew cabins are small, awful and a disgrace. Poor design, no seat or work desk or settee. Also every crew should have a single cabin.
