Thanks alot Mariam but sometimes it’s different like for me in my both pregnancies i lost 4 kg in first three months due to nausea and then i was told to eat and still due to acidity cant eat much. Also with shirt cervix and sometimes low placementa conditions you have to avoid walk even. Treadmill to dur ki bat hai. Plus sometimes baby is not gaining weight and drs insist to drink shakes and eat more. Your advices are good but please give disclaimers also as for girls ut might be their first time and it’s different for them
And there is so much more. Injections for early labour pains, High blood pressure and much more n sometimes it's a total no for coffee. It's not same for everyone. Ur body will change embrace it. Always consult ur dr. And u will always have someone in family to tell u and guide u. Mothers and mother in laws are very helpful.

It got reduced by itself in 3 weeks. After 1st csection I reduced 20 kgs in 1 year. I walked 1 hr empty stomach in the morning. Cut down on sugar, soda and fried food and ate normal home made food with portion control.

I was first time pregnant few months ago i did halki halki workouts i did walk i did some home chores and after 8 weeks i got miscarriage.. doctor told me you should had rest at least 3 months of your pregnancy after that do walk and workouts or swimming which u prefer.. plz clear that as u said do workouts walk trade-mil etc.. bcz some girls bodies are weak.. i dont say that just lay on the bed all the time but plz takecare of urself at least 3 months.. ❤️

walk is very impoertant! never leave it. slow hi sahi apni pace per walk kerain magar choorini nahi hai. really helps in labour later on. talking from experience here.
