First baby hai na is liye. Wait till you have your second and third. Then you’ll know. But this is true. Diet and vitamins continue rakhnay chaiye which we Asian women don’t. To top it off, we are breastfeeding, and there goes all the remaining health down the drain. Very important to take a balanced diet WITH vitamins!

First baby hai na is liye. Wait till you have your second and third. Then you’ll know. But this is true. Diet and vitamins continue rakhnay chaiye which we Asian women don’t. To top it off, we are breastfeeding, and there goes all the remaining health down the drain. Very important to take a balanced diet WITH vitamins!

The trick in epidural is to take it when you are 7cm dilated in this way you will not to bear the delivery pain. But yeah you have to take pains till 6 to 7cm.
I took it at 4cm dilation, and It was completely painless until delivery, even though the delivery was forceps assisted .

Doctor here.... It's not epidural. Its spinal anesthesia if u are going for C section. It's either spinal anesthesia and general anesthesia.. Jo epidural hai wou normal vaginal delivery m lagaya jata h... Please correct yourself. So that people may nit be misguided.... Thanks
