Most of Rare's original staff have disbanded and moved on to other companies, such as Playtonic. If Nintendo wanted, they could do an IP trade with Microsoft. Trade F-Zero for Banjo-Kazooie.
@ALongLeggedPissedOffPuertoRican Sacrifices have to be made once in a while. The only way F-Zero will get a new game is if the IP gets transferred, because let's be frank, any company would kill to adapt a Nintendo IP, no matter how obscure.
Its not worth it in the business sense for Nintendo. All the people who originally made Rare special left long ago and Nintendo would be stuck with a bunch of IP that they may or may not use (a new Conker for example would probably not happen) when they could use those resources to make a game featuring more iconic and more bankable franchises. I would love to see them do it, but as time goes on and more people forget about Rare, Nintendo's list of reasons to buy it get slimmer and slimmer.
the fact they put so much effort in recreating existing maps with so much detail, is simply a great testament to their dedication to nostalgia, and thus nintendo shall forever gain my respect.
I love seeing the stuff I live from the n64 era in HD! Attention to detail is awesome! Especially Tooty cause she wasn't in nuts & bolts, so it's the first time we see her in HD

Paul Moore it’s like rare is in the cell, and no matter which game that rare wanted to do, and then Microsoft says no, and refuse to make one, so sad 😭
@@pozitron3792 even without the BK branding, I consider an extremely fun game that allows you to be very creative with vehicle building. Also I'd argue Spiral Mountain still looked very beautiful in Nuts & Bolts

My favorite stage in the entire game! It’s so detailing I feel teased because I want to jump off the stage and explore the entirety of Sprial Mountain but the game is not programmed that way...it’s very beautiful! Come on Microsoft! The demand is overly clear.
@@blueknightskeleton8424 you only spelled beautiful wrong also i didn't think you would respond ( also i dont know if this was intentional but in your name the second word is spelled knight as in knight in shining armor )

although i like the spiral mountain stage, i think it would be better if it was a transition-type stage where you fight on not just the mountain but also the other areas of spiral mountain
Everything looks amazing! I would honestly love it if Rare would allow Nintendo to make a new Banjo Kazooie game! I just don’t like the idea that any of this was modeled after N&B. Very unsettling to think about.
Now if only we could get a remake of BK/BK2 with this level of graphical fidelity. Then again, I think we all know a certain Ocarina of Time Unreal engine dabbler who might have fun at least using Spiral Mountain here and all the related Smash versions of BK characters for remaking that much.
This completely changed everything, banjo is finally back with Nintendo, well a yes and no, now that banjo is with the Nintendo characters, this opens a possibility that banjo may appear a hole more then just 1 time

The real reason Spiral Mountain rotates is so we can see every last beautiful detail.
Jeez... Seeing All Of This Just Wants Me To Have Nintendo Buy Back Rare

Back?

Lmao Nintendo only funded this game. Sakurai's company and Namco made this.

Man seeing a remaster in the form of Ultimate’s stage/art style would be a dream come true
Shame that Gruntilda wasn’t a boss character the same way Metal Face was
J G nope, keep her as a background character
Ultimate's stages always look cleaner and nicer than the origin one
because ultimate is new
The fact that “Oomenacka” is in Smash Bros. is hilarious considering the phrase’s origin.
Kind of makes you wish Nintendo bought Rare instead of Microsoft.
It's sad because that's exactly what Rare wanted Nintendo to do, but they wouldn't buy them out completely

@@Angelo4436 Huh? Rare is making 2 games at the moment. The Perfect Dark game is being made by another studio with Rare's blessing.
Sakurai made a better Banjo & Kazooie game in a single level than Rare did in an entire game in Nuts and Bolts
As much as Nuts and Bolt was non-Banjoesque, Rare did put effort into it ...

That's a bad hyperbole. Spiral Mountain was in Nuts&Bolts as well and looked even better than in Smash.
Wow, looking at them side-by-side, Mumbo's graphics from Kazooie to Tooie are night and day!

They both look beatiful

Nintendo can literally remake the game but the contract with rare is still off
07:43 it looks like Spongebob xD

Personally I prefer how the colors look in the original but I can’t deny how amazingly faithful this version is, and how much effort is visible

That part Matched perfectly
I go with the Switch Version.
At 1:20 it’s Tooty!!! Not “physically” seen since 1998
That's pretty cool !!

I like how much effort they put into making this just a higher quality version of the original game ❤️
Some Areas in the Smash Bros Spiral montain seems to look Smaller and Apparently to be More EASILY Reachable than in the original.

Tooty was originally more tender
Beautiful
What is the outro song, please?
Ooooo yeeaa BanjoTootie/Banjo 3 please!!!
I want so see what’s inside grunts cave in smash bros

That gruntilda design in smash is amazing!!
Sakurai: "You could make a howl game out of that"
Cmon! He didnt just said that to joke us!
I can’t wait to play the remake on Xbox One! I’d ask for Nintendo, but Sakurai said specifically, “Go play it on Xbox One”
Or did he mean...
nuts and bolts...
Because of how detail the level is in smash ultimate it makes you wanna explore the whole premise
When I first saw this, I honestly thought Gaur Plains (or whatever it's called) was in the background
We need that model RIGHT NOW.

Cooool
Sony and Microsoft just can't complete with the level of detail and care Nintendo puts in their games
It's weird not seeing the HAG1 hole over in the corner
That's what i aways think when i play this stage, i hope they ad it in future patch.
Could you send link to music that plays when Grunty shows up?
Mad Monster Mansion (Remix) - Super Smash Bros Ultimate.
@@chuckthequail137 Thank you
Should've had cuts from Tooie in there. Tooie had a better designed Spiral Mountain with way more detail.
But why gruntilda has a new render ?
Gruntilda should have been playable along with BK.

Very similar to Nuts and bolts' version of Spiral mountain
I think it’s a cross between the three versions

Wow
Microsoft should just give Banjo-Kazooie to Nintendo
We need crash bandicoot in smash bros
Is it possible to include Nuts & Bolts to this comparison?
hell no
The mountain itself is based on the one in Nuts and Bolts, so it should be included
