I like the idea of the negated weight on the backpack but I feel like it should have more slots, something like the food backpack where it has some normal slots or maybe a little less
That’s kind of the point of side pouches. You add the type of inventory slots you want to whatever bag you want to offer you that versatility. If you REALLY want to go all out, carry one bag on your back, and carry one in your hand. A Hoarder’s Bag with a Tool Hook and three side pouches gives you plenty of space to carry many large items (the bag itself) OR a large stack of stackable items (side pouches). Then add mining pouches to the mining bag with a lantern holder, and you’ll have plenty of space for ore. When you go into the mine, mount a wall hook on something, and hang your mining bag on it. Once you clear the level of creatures and any scavenged items, leave your bag on the next level, go back for your mining bag. Fill that bag, and move on to the next level. Since you can pop the cork on the potion bottle for the Transportation Juice with one hand, you can hold a bag while drinking the potion. Voila: two full bags of loot. This will weigh you down, so I would think a strength and speed potion would help with carrying everything to where you need to go once you get back to town. Tip: I mount any lanterns I find on my pickaxes which gives me an extra item to disassemble. I dual wield pickaxes which gives me two free slots to carry scavenged lanterns. On top of that, you can use the lanterns to carry coal whether you light the lanterns or not. This frees up a slot in your mining bag for ores while allowing you to gather fuel for the furnace and desmelter.
I like my hoarder backpack because it's got 4 pocket attachments and with 2 ore pouches you pretty have the same setup with more space at the cost of a little bit weight, but you can carry so much more, specially handy for collecting cauldron and buckets at the end of your mining trip. I always bring some speed potions with me when I get a little bit heavier, but a mining backpack is a cheap solution to a problem
If you REALLY want to go all out, carry one bag on your back, and carry one in your hand. A Hoarder’s Bag with a Tool Hook and three side pouches gives you plenty of space to carry many large items (in the bag itself with single stack slots: spare pickaxes, teleport potions, shovel/scythe multitool) OR a large stack of stackable items (side pouches with double stack slots: food, crystal/grass stakes, rope). Then add mining pouches to the mining bag with a lantern holder, and you’ll have plenty of space for ore (four slots in the bag, four slots in two pouches). There’s a hole in the Oculus version that allows three pouches AND two lantern stands. I use the stands to hold any scavenged lanterns to be disassembled later, AND to store coal which kind of turns the lantern stands into half pouches leaving your bag and pouches for ores. When you go into the mine, mount a wall hook on something, and hang your mining bag on it. Once you clear the level of creatures and any scavenged items, leave your bag on the next level, go back for your mining bag. Fill that bag, and move on to the next level. The handle wont break so just keep lighting it) 2+ flint to light your torch / Just use a lantern, and finally a respawn potion. You can hold 600 ore and 10 slots to carry loot. End game-Get a hoarders bag, add 3 ore bags as attachments, and a weapon holder. 25 pieces of food. A lantern with enough fuel to last the trip attached to a mythril pickaxe that will go on your weapon holder. A respawn potion. Add crystal shards onto sharp sticks to lead other adventurers (optional). Investing in a net to not break your back is a good idea (also optional) You can hold 900 ore and 16-18 slots for loot. Most people dont have places to put there main bag so this is a better route for multiplayer people. **This was made off of stats alone and may not work well**

Where’s the building at the start?
That is a pre-fab house on a custom server.
@@MrWhitty2000 oh cool, I thought I was blind not seeing as I just got that bridge built on my friends new server, although it’s on quest so we probably won’t have prefab options
@@arthurcallahan753 There are dashboard options for Quest, although I do not know how to do it. I suggest joining their Reddit or Discord for that info.
