How To Find WiFi Password Of Any HP Printer !!

- Printer password just makes life easy. We can print wirelessly with mobile, tablet, laptop, computer and all we need is printers wifi password. This is how you can set up your hp printer. All HP Deskjet printer with WiFi have password and its not written on printer anywhere. Video is made for HP Deskjet 2600 series and its applicable to all printers having hp direct printing option.
If you want to know how to find it then follow these easy strps-:
1- switch on your hp pronter
2- wait for white light on icon ( Hp Direct Printing)
3- press wifi button once and a button below it once as well. Now printer starts printing.
4- now see the print out and find option on page where password is written.
This tutorial applies to HP DeskJet 2620, 2621, 2622, 2623, 2624, 2630, 2631, 2632, 2633, 2634, 2635, 2636, 2640, 2652, 2655, 2680 All-In-One Printer & HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2675, 2676, 2677, 2678 All-In-One Printer.

Anyone else feel like the password should be printed on a little sticker on the printer? Like on routers and modems. Didn't they used to do that?
Yeah
There is. It's on the flap to see the cartridge.
From hp - Find the label located inside the cartridge access area of the printer and enter the PIN below.

Thank you for posting tutorials. Others seem to have good luck recovering a password to reconnect to wifi and print. I can't. Tried your suggestion for my older HP Pro 200 colorMFP M276nw. Once we changed the router, the printer shows offline, and won't work. I tried pressing the buttons on your tutorial and it doesn't work-you can't "press and hold" or it just asks for my password, which we can't figure out. Opened the cartridge area and see various codes, none are passwords. Suggestions, please? Ready to buy a new printer so we can print, but this one worked perfectly until we got a new XFinity wifi router. Thank you!

hi, thanks for the video! I have a question: on my hp 2620 printer when I press the wifi button it only blinks a few times and then shuts off. Can you help me to set it up I dont know how to do it :(
For setup press and hold wireless button and x button together untill power button starts to flash. It will stay on after few seconds and wireless button will start to blink. Now start setup with HP Smart app.
@@CopyPrintScanChannel I tried, power button does not blink. İs there a way to completely reset it?
Reset can be done if printer is already connected to a device. Here I do not think it will work that way. Try using printer data cable and setup using a laptop or MacBook

Hello, what happens if your printer is not printing the password? It just prints the icons but no words.

Some printers allow you to connect to them through the internet. Lets say I have two wifi's Guest, and Admin. My printer is connected to Admin, but you can send files through Guest. You can also go to the IP of the printer through Guest and see the printer panel. I'm trying to get the wifi password from there... any suggestions?

You have to reset the printer and setup again. It can not change password automatically so do wifi setup again.

I have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fnw and it stopped working (again!) after we switched from Optimum cable to FIOS. But this printer has been a dog since day 1, works when it feels like it, wont accept any password, suddenly starts to work again. Im ready to thriw it out

I have done that. But it do not print the password out. Its like there is not enough ink. But on the little screen it says that it indeed has enough. So are there any other way or website where you can find the password.
