I have a hp deskjet 2320 can you connect it to wifi?
When I try to add printer the printer name won’t pop out to connect ???what do I do? I recently disconnected my internet and I’m trying to connect to new wifi connection. Also my direct wifi doesn’t want to connect? It was working fine with direct wifi but it just stopped connecting 😣I’ve been trying to connect for 3 days now

You can use your PC (Laptop) download HP smart app from google play store on your PC the search for available printer and connect your printer to WIFI on your PC

@Emily have you connected this printer before, you need to delete it from the HP Smart app and reinstall the printer again. I don't know what you have done in order to help you
when i try to connect my wifi it says “no reachable networks” is there a way to fix this
@Mae switch you location and Bluetooth should be on and turn your printer on . You also need to check if your printer is wireless or USB connect only or both?

What is the make and model of your printer? are you connecting your printer using HP SMART app?
At Jason did you find your WIFI details ? is your printer wireless and what model?, you can uninstall the HP SMART APP reinstall it again to search for available printer.

What if my printers not found in any of the find printers??
If you you can find your printer you may need USB cable to connect your printer before connecting the printer to wireless network

You need to check you are using the correct Ink cartridges, once loaded turn printer off and turn it back on , Can I asked did you connect you printer to WIFI network or USB cable as you need to connect the printer to network to be able to print, scan and copy
@@Vinneltv thank you, I connect to WiFi like always. Downloaded and installed the suggested app, Ordered cartridge from HP but that caused my problem. excellent video so helpful but printer still not working. A real conundrum.

Delete old WIFI by uninstall HP smart app and reinstall it again to search and add your printer then select your new WIFI NETWORK detail and add the password to connect

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.

Maybe a network issue but after preparing the printer if the information is correct it would tell you that the printer is found.

It could be for many reasons if the ink cartridges are not install or if one is missing , or running out or paper jam issue or no paper . So I wouldn't know if you don't explain what you are trying to do on the printer .
So to be clear. You did not have to use a PC at all in this . I don’t want a new printer if I have to hook it up through a pc. I only want to use my iPhone.
If you connect with your iPhone you don't do anything with your PC, just download HP smart app on your iPhone then search and add your printer, type in your WiFi Password for your printer to be connected. From HP smart app you can select print, copy and scan from your phone.
@@Vinneltv thanks so much!! I’ll try to find this model. I had an older epson and it came with discs so I thought I had to use my pc which was inconvenient. I do everything on my iPhone. I only use my PC maybe once a year. Perfect video. Great step by step instructions!
