This is why I always ask Zephyr to sit and wait until I take the lead off and say "OK!".
'It's yer Choice' is the best game I ever started playing with him because it's spilled over into so many other areas where he knows 'OK, if I sit here and cool my pies I get the good stuff much faster'

Thank you. I always mind.. I have been only feeding one dog in the crate, and or as a rewards for their great work... like long distance retrieval of a ball. And my partner has the mindset of "I don't mind"... that the dog is under my feet when eating, I don't mind if I dropped something the dog will get it. I would squish him if he wasn't such a great partner . ;). Great video.

Are there more videos you can make on this? My pup is very distracted trying to train in public. We've been working on frustration tolerance for his whole time and I'm really not getting anywhere. I was really hoping for more answers to this video like how to stop the actions (barking and crying) when they see the distraction

@alexelliott806 Susan has an amazing podcast with great tips on how to get our dogs to pay attention to us anywhere --> Help! Why Won't My Dog Pay Attention? (Secrets Of Focus) th-cam.com/video/549B77rN-cY/w-d-xo.html
In addition Susan's Blog Post is a great tool for using the Distraction Intensity Index to help your dog -- > bit.ly/413whMY
