If THEY have called the authorities and the guy in that apartment is literally moving possibly because of the neighbour, why would you think you are going to have a FABULOUS time there? Flee! Fleeeeee! (I know you can make the best of loads of bad situations, but how about just... not have the bad situation.)

If you would have moved in, all your belongings would have taken on that smell, including your art pieces. Such a smell might never come out again, and then giving/renting them out for art exhibits etc. would be nearly impossible or to sell. It would ruin not just your mental health but also your business as an artist. You worked this dilemma out so beautifully in all its details, and this and the last video is such a guideline for approaching difficult decisions and dilemmas. You could have easily been swayed over by matching up the 'signs' including 'all will work out thought' you had been given - while when looked at with a rational none attachment, you clearly came to the answer that was a clear NO once you let go of the attachment longing. i went through such a similar dilemma where i was panicking about whether to take a great apartment or not, and was getting NO clarity, just anxiety. i ended up declining the apartment because if i felt all this panic about the decision, it means it wasn’t meant for me. flash forward and i found an adorable apartment that suits me so much more (and it’s way cheaper), and i felt so much peace and excitement about the decision. good things are coming to you, shayna!

UGH. (I literally got a "1% battery" pin on my laptop case. No joke.) Yes, i got out of the water, got dressed, and when to get my charger and got back in the tub. UGH.

Oooooh my. I'm watching this with a delay (so i made a little playlist of just your last 4 videos and watching them back to back LOL. I do this sometimes with some of my favorite TH-camrs to watch, like you, Torie Robot, and Jonna Jinton. I'll skip the uploads because i want to keep them like a dessert to enjoy at the right moment. I often do this when i am too busy. I have been going through similar ups and downs with a property sale and purchase lately, i'm not talking about it because i don't want to jinx it.
