    Kramnik: former world champion
    Kramnik: dumb tech guy. By that logic, every single piece of equipment can have bluetooth. He only made a fuss when it was against his team, so get down your high horse. Additionally, by this logic chess should be played in underground bunker enclosed in a faraday cage and for the lack of thought have the players shout their moves for the broadcast to make a delectable shitshow to sell instead of using standard precautions and make it an interesting sport not a forgotten one.

    Judith Polgar really saved the commentary today.
    I honestly miss the level of analysis that Chess24 provided
    commentary where you could truly learn and improve. Nowadays, the commentary often feels simplistic,
    like : “Ah, Bb2, Qg3-what is White threatening here? Yes, it’s Qg7 mate! But Black has prevented it!”
    It would be great to see a return to deeper insights in chess commentary.

    Can someone please tell Mr. Kramnik that many SLR cameras have the feature of creating their own wifi network!!! This guy is a fool of a took. He has half-assed knowledge of everything other than Chess. He is basically just trying to stay in the news and the sad part is that he is succeeding!

    Why you should record on phone instead of camera 📷 you know recording the phone on playing ground it is very sensitive

    • @_sayan_roy_
      @_sayan_roy_ หลายเดือนก่อน +14

      No, Kramnik did not have "a point". The rule 12.8 allows phones authorised by arbiters which was done for ChessBase India's phones and there are multiple other phones of other nationalities' photographers as well in the hall, all of which are authorized. It's a nothing burger which is typical of Kramnik who makes a fool out of himself every now and then now, even if his chess contributions are great. Danya explained it perfectly if you listened to him.
      I wonder why you want this against India, Mohamed Hassan.

      @@_sayan_roy_ i don’t want anything against India it is one of the two teams that i was supporting this olympiad but i think kramnik as a good point on this casa phone can be transmitted via bluetooth or something else.you know they refused his electronic cigarette which can’t be transmitted any any information but they allowed chess base India to use thier phone. That’s what creat the tension.
      So my piont is phones can not be used on playing ground by any purpose.the media must use the camera if they want to record the event

    • @mangalaa10
      @mangalaa10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No, he does not. He's just waffling. If the camera phone is authorized by FIDE who organizes the tourney then he can complain and do his antics for no reason. Baseless accusations should be reprimanded. Also who are you to say how to do my business. The whole point of asking for authorization is because they dont use a camera and instead a camera phone. So, this is just bs.

    • @ravishelly3790
      @ravishelly3790 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Kramnik doesnt have any point.
      a )It's not team India's phone. It was media phones by chessbase india. They even have a phone to cover magnus games as well.
      b) Even cameras are electronic devices that can transmit information via bluetooth and even wifi. The processor on a modern camera is more than capable of running a chess engine offline as well. If phones are banned, cameras should be banned too.
      c) The media phones are already authorized by the arbiter. No rules are being broken here.
      He's creating unnecessary controversies. He can try and change the rules for the next FIDE tournament to allow only 1990's analog video cameras.

      My name is Sayan. And I'm glad I'm in your head rent free and it's not just me. Pretty much everyone echoes what the same point I'm saying. Go on in the chess24 channel with the 5 min clip, Gotham chess, and so many other channels. Also, we can reverse accuse Kramnik in that case and any team saying they are also getting transmissions since Sagar and ChessBase India are not the only people with phone cameras in the hall. Many different photographers from different nationalities have them due to budget restrictions, battery issues, ease of convenience, and overheating issues. If rule is to be challenged then Kramnik should challenge the rule before the tournament and not saying baseless things like it violated the rule especially during a crucial match when no violation took place, and he doesn't know the rule 12.8 itself.
      BTW, even cameras can transmit information nowadays and if phones can have in-built stockfish to calculate the moves without sim cards, then so can modified processors in cameras if enough funding and resources are put in. So, remove any electronics, I guess. Where does the paranoia end ?
      And yes, I know why you're supporting Kramnik, Meme "zovich". And I never asked "why" someone is against India. If you suck at undestanding rhetorical questions, it's your fault. I have intuitions on why someone is against India. Muhammeds and Mustafas in the comment section are against India due to religious reasons and you're supporting Kramnik due to ethnic reasons, zovich. Not only my facts are objectively true but I suspect my intuitions are as well. This is why you can only say like a clown bot which you are "xyz has a point", when I can argue with points against it logically which you do not have the IQ to argue against. Try harder next time.

      I think Kramnik is way off base on most of what he says, but I 100% agree with him about this. I don't even think his request for cameras to be used instead of cell phones is asking a lot. FIDE continues to show their incompetence. It just looks bad that you allow a TH-cam channel from India to have cell phones in the playing hall recording team India. There's absolutely no doubt who they want to win and to make it even worse team India was slaughtering everybody. It's just stupid to allow there to be controversy when it's completely avoidable with little effort.
