@@roserose-be2wq There's a trope/stereotype that-because of the lower prices and longer hours-Wal-Mart attracts people of lower socioeconomic backgrounds and other "characters" (known as People of Wal-Mart) who go shopping in various states of (un)dress and questionable clothing choices, like no shoes. The stereotype of a typical Target shopper is white, "normal," and boring in terms of what they're wearing. Another trope of white people is their fascination with and love of brunch-also probably tied to being of a higher socioeconomic background.
So Dulce was making a joke about how it's usually white people shopping at Target, and how shocking it was to see another Black woman there, especially one who didn't know of a thing that Target's primary clientele is obsessed with-hence why it's a "Wal-Mart" question to ask what brunch is. And how if you were having a similar conversation at Wal-Mart, it's more likely you'd be talking to someone wearing (or not wearing) something odd-like no shoes.

Ramonerdna Walmart and Target attract different kinds of people. Walmart attract more lower income people, Target attracts more middle to upper class people. The kind of people who do brunch. Walmart would be the kind of people who eat breakfast at the in store McDonalds.

I'm sure I'll get hate for this, but most comedians today just aren't funny anymore, and the ones that are normally aren't women. Too many crude jokes about sex and hating men. This woman is freaking hilarious! This is a comedian I would go see live if she comes near my area!
