I use old metal coat hangars from the thrift store bent into S hooks of different lengths and hang them from an old rolling metal coat rack. So far, so good.

Coat hangers?? if you're a mechanic by trade you probably get the nice heavy wire ones free with your uniforms ?? Thats what I use at work when i make up a bracket..
