I believe this is what happened at the Tower of Babel. They got too close to proving God and so were dispersed. I'm not Jewish. In fact, I don't believe in religion. I believe in spirituality which is knowing the God of all mankind but I absolutely agree with your views. You are a nice openminded young man. You seem to totally understand the truth of God. The God of all mankind is the author of all science and math. Scientists are actually studying the works of God. They are just unaware that this is what they are doing. The simulation is God acting in this world. I am a daughter of the God of all mankind. I didn't know this in the past. I was an atheist for my first forty years until God came to me powerfully and supernaturally. I went through a spiritual crisis because I didn't know what was happening to me. I thought that I had gone insane. I had no idea that God is a real person. I wasn't educated into a religion. I wasn't educated about God until I was educated by God. A couple of years later after I had come to terms with this truth, I looked back over my life and realized that God had educated me in many things and had made me who I am for the time in which we are living. This is what God has done for all people. It is just that many have not recognized this. In my case, one of the things that God ensured that I was educated in are the sciences including physics so that I can prove the existence of God through science. Scientists and others simply close their minds to the fact that what they are studying is God. They believe in the purely physical even though, as you said, atoms are made up of space and particles and scientists know that other dimensions exist as well as knowing that our reality is not real among other things. They just don't understand that all of this was created by God. There is so much beyond our physical dimension in linear time. This is what the Plato's allegory of the cave is about. It is about reaching into the dimensional which is the spiritual. I believe that you have called it the mystical. It is the same thing. So, proving the existence of God. Before any singularity or Big Bang no matter the folding of time and the existence of such things as dimensions, for the physical to exist something needed to create matter and energy. There is no physical without these. Neither can be created and they can't simply come into existence by themselves from nothing. They were created. If nothing else existed, what created them? That could only be God. God is the quantum. God is all of the realities and dimensions in all locations and in all times, past, present and future. God is the physical, the dimensional and the spiritual. The one thing that God isn't is the views of most men. There is a difference between religion and spirituality. In most cases, religion is man's viewpoints, desires and misconceptions about God. Spirituality is who the God of all mankind actually is. To know God, you must be openminded. You must be open to the truth of God instead of the misconceptions and misteachings of man. You understand the truth of God. You are on the right track in being openminded as I said. It is a fact that the mathematical and the computer code that you speak of was created by God, not by man or another physical entity. God is mathematically precise because God is perfect and has all knowledge. God is beyond any computer. What is considered the simulation is God acting in this world. God shows God's presence by giving signs. It is just that man doesn't believe that this is what he is experiencing. God is the creator of the simulation. And, yes, we can affect the simulation with our thinking. This is what the ancients called faith and prayer. Our thinking does create and our thinking does change situations or even the physical. It is that we are connecting with God. Coincidences are God acting. Small coincidences are not considered of great importance to man. Great coincidences are considered miracles to man. All coincidences are from God. Those who believe in synchronicity understand that this can be powerful. They just don't understand that this is from God. Computers and AI are simulating what God has already created but less perfectly. This is because mankind has discovered the workings of God and has learned to emulate some of it but not all of it. Let me tell you what mankind has not yet simulated. Those in the other dimensions can come here. They have told me that they are more physical than us, not less physical than us. What this means is that they come in whatever form is required for their mission in this world. So, they appear as any type of person depending on what they need to achieve in this world. They are those who are considered angels or messengers by those who wrote about them in holy books. They can also see us at all times. We cannot see them unless they come here in the physical. They have told me that this is like a one way window or mirror. They can see us but we can't see them unless they come to us in physical form. We have not yet discovered how to do this. They do work for God. God sees all, not just the physical but our minds and hearts. And God still creates by acting in this world. The quantum is the spiritual. We can reach into the spiritual and have what I like to call magic happen. This is what many call miracles. When we are close to God, God does come close to us. I call this communing with God but I think that other people use a different term that I don't remember. Then, the simulation becomes very powerful. It can be as powerful as you would like it to be. It has become so powerful for me in the past that I asked God to tone it down. When it is very powerful, it is as it will be after we die. Anything we think will happen. Anything we want will become. If you research NDEs, you will find that people experience this while they are dead from this world. This is true for people of any religion and even for atheists. This is when the quantum is more powerful than the physical that we believe that we are living in. The quantum is reality. The physical is only a minor aspect of this reality. This is all from God. It is not created by a computer program simulating reality. Consciousness is what some call the soul. Science cannot fully define consciousness. It is who we are without our bodies. It is our butterfly inside the cocoon that we know as our body. I'm not certain that I like the video game analogy. I prefer to say that God plays chess. God has to move one piece (person, thing or situation) to one location before moving another. It is intricate because God is keeping all people on the path that God chose for them. I know that God allows us leeway but will not let us stray too far from our chosen path. The scientific explanation is that we are all in a superdeterministic universe. And I do believe in reincarnation but not from personal experience. I have seen many documentaries that show that very young children, one or two years old, recount past memories of another life. They are too young to have been schooled with the great details that they give. Their parents have to do a great deal of research to even find out that the person who they say they were actually existed. Flat earth. The man who started the flat earth conspiracy admitted that he did so to make money from followers. He got the idea from an old belief. A flat earth is an archaic idea that he borrowed. It is similar to young earth creationists who got the idea from the 17th century Irish Bishop, James Ussher. Ussher counted the generations in the Bible but forgot that there were other people besides Adam and Eve and their descendants. Genesis 1:26-27 speaks of this. The Bible doesn't say how long the other people were on earth before Adam and Eve. Today, when you see conspiracy theories, it always comes back to people who found a way to relieve other people of their money by creating a story that they could sell to naïve people who will not question the veracity of their statements. I have had Deja vu many times. When I have, it is always that God gave me a dream before the event actually happened. I can't say this for certain but I would believe that our dreams allow our consciousness to reach out into other dimensions. This may be because, while we are sleeping, we aren't concentrating on our physical existence in this dimension. It frees us from this. The Zohar does sound very interesting. Made me think about how CPU and GPUs are structured and how they process code to read/interpret code/instructions to create meanings/solutions/visuals. So that is to say that by creating artificial processing power beyond the human mind itself that We are recreating or at least mirroring the whole of existence in a simulation of a simulation. The Torah is the most beautiful gift to this world and to the ones who were given it at Sinai to be custodians and real time active partners in it, in order to spread it's light into he darker places of this world. Also, we shouldn’t confuse the finger pointing to the moon with the moon itself. The message isn’t the physics, it is deeper and greater than that.
FUN FACT: When playing certain video games, if you intentionally force the character to go out of bounds [ OOB ] The system displays you on the map as being in "Inner and or outer heaven" The place is desolate. It has no real law of physics. It looks like an abandoned desert where game artifacts are strewn as though they had no potential in the actual game. If you look back, you can see into the actual mission you are supposed to be playing but because you aren't there, the mission area is absent the "people" you are supposed to be interacting with. All that remains are the buildings, objects, and natural surroundings. They look completely static. They exist because you are looking at them from outside the game, but once you pop back into the gameplay, they're all there and the "people" immediately continue on as if you never left. It's weird. And although the game is fully networked and many other characters are in the same [OOB] they never see each other in OOB. Sometines they see the same but different desolate abandoned realm. They only leave the OOB because it has no creative area in it. You get bored exploring nothingness.
This is the exact description of the static space/ flexible time scenario described by certain spiritual texts, that say outside of our reality, a being has a fixed. viewpoint of space, but can go forward and backward in time with ease. The “space” is our realm. Wonder who gave the OOB concept to the video game makers??? This is very close to what would be considered a Spiritual Truth!

Once I dived into this thought, I started connecting a lot of dots in the Bible. The bible talks about new Heaven and a New Earth for the former things have passed away, Revelation specifically says that there will be no more mourning nor outcry, disease and death, they will not come to mind because they will wiped away from our memories. Not that God isn't capable of doing any of this outside a simulation. But, a lot does come into question. I don't think it is wrong or antithetical to ponder such an idea either. We are constantly told we are sojourners passing through a world that is not our home. We are constantly told to focus on the things unseen not the things seen. If 100℅ of our observations is that consciousness comes from consciousness, then like the chicken/egg scenario, maybe the flaw in this logic is thinking at some point in the past there was an egg that didn't come from a chicken. We have no evidence that one existed without the other in any instance of the cycle, but our brains in the search for meaning creates an artificial border so that we can theorize something coming from either nothing or an external creator.
While I agree it's a "simulation" (and several ancient texts in various cultures agree), I think many of the arguments you made (but not all) weren't strong. Much of it was "simulation of the gaps." "Well, if it's a simulation, why not?" isn't actually supportive of it being one. A doesn't follow from B by necessity, for example. The argument leaves room for other answers. --- On another note, as you said "God is One," that is, "everything." So, I see it as God being the player and we are the characters. Over time our egos build up and we become used to responding on autopilot, like NPCs. But, if we are mindful, if we listen to that still, small voice, we can hear the player and submit to divine will. There are reminders everywhere, but we get used to autopilot. But, that's what free will is: being able at any moment to choose between ego autopilot or letting the player take control. 🙏

“God recreates the universe every day” - this resonates so much with a belief that came from a powerful personal experience (I have no prior knowledge of Torah teachings). I believe God creates the universe each “frame”(now). And the “BigBang” is more like a BigFlow, a Fountain or the source of universal flow and it also happens eternally and exists at the center of a horn torus whose surface is our spacetime. So basically spacetime continually expands into existence through this horntorus center singularity that we call BigBang and eventually loops back into itself to be recycled.

I'm not Jewish. In fact, I don't believe in religion. I believe in spirituality which is knowing the God of all mankind but I absolutely agree with your views. You are a nice openminded young man. You seem to totally understand the truth of God. The God of all mankind is the author of all science and math. Scientists are actually studying the works of God. They are just unaware that this is what they are doing. The simulation is God acting in this world.
I am a daughter of the God of all mankind. I didn't know this in the past. I was an atheist for my first forty years until God came to me powerfully and supernaturally. I went through a spiritual crisis because I didn't know what was happening to me. I thought that I had gone insane. I had no idea that God is a real person. I wasn't educated into a religion. I wasn't educated about God until I was educated by God.
A couple of years later after I had come to terms with this truth, I looked back over my life and realized that God had educated me in many things and had made me who I am for the time in which we are living. This is what God has done for all people. It is just that many have not recognized this. In my case, one of the things that God ensured that I was educated in are the sciences including physics so that I can prove the existence of God through science. Scientists and others simply close their minds to the fact that what they are studying is God. They believe in the purely physical even though, as you said, atoms are made up of space and particles and scientists know that other dimensions exist as well as knowing that our reality is not real among other things. They just don't understand that all of this was created by God. There is so much beyond our physical dimension in linear time. This is what the Plato's allegory of the cave is about. It is about reaching into the dimensional which is the spiritual. I believe that you have called it the mystical. It is the same thing.

Before any singularity or Big Bang no matter the folding of time and the existence of such things as dimensions, for the physical to exist something needed to create matter and energy. There is no physical without these. Neither can be created and they can't simply come into existence by themselves from nothing. They were created. If nothing else existed, what created them? That could only be God. God is the quantum. God is all of the realities and dimensions in all locations and in all times, past, present and future. God is the physical, the dimensional and the spiritual. The one thing that God isn't is the views of most men. There is a difference between religion and spirituality. In most cases, religion is man's viewpoints, desires and misconceptions about God. Spirituality is who the God of all mankind actually is. To know God, you must be openminded. You must be open to the truth of God instead of the misconceptions and misteachings of man.
You understand the truth of God. You are on the right track in being openminded as I said. It is a fact that the mathematical and the computer code that you speak of was created by God, not by man or another physical entity. God is mathematically precise because God is perfect and has all knowledge. God is beyond any computer. What is considered the simulation is God acting in this world. God shows God's presence by giving signs. It is just that man doesn't believe that this is what he is experiencing. God is the creator of the simulation. And, yes, we can affect the simulation with our thinking. This is what the ancients called faith and prayer. Our thinking does create and our thinking does change situations or even the physical. It is that we are connecting with God. Coincidences are God acting. Small coincidences are not considered of great importance to man. Great coincidences are considered miracles to man. All coincidences are from God. Those who believe in synchronicity understand that this can be powerful. They just don't understand that this is from God.
Computers and AI are simulating what God has already created but less perfectly. This is because mankind has discovered the workings of God and has learned to emulate some of it but not all of it. Let me tell you what mankind has not yet simulated. Those in the other dimensions can come here. They have told me that they are more physical than us, not less physical than us. What this means is that they come in whatever form is required for their mission in this world. So, they appear as any type of person depending on what they need to achieve in this world. They are those who are considered angels or messengers by those who wrote about them in holy books. They can also see us at all times. We cannot see them unless they come here in the physical. They have told me that this is like a one way window or mirror. They can see us but we can't see them unless they come to us in physical form. We have not yet discovered how to do this. They do work for God. God sees all, not just the physical but our minds and hearts. And God still creates by acting in this world.
The quantum is the spiritual. We can reach into the spiritual and have what I like to call magic happen. This is what many call miracles. When we are close to God, God does come close to us. I call this communing with God but I think that other people use a different term that I don't remember. Then, the simulation becomes very powerful. It can be as powerful as you would like it to be. It has become so powerful for me in the past that I asked God to tone it down. When it is very powerful, it is as it will be after we die. Anything we think will happen. Anything we want will become. If you research NDEs, you will find that people experience this while they are dead from this world. This is true for people of any religion and even for atheists. This is when the quantum is more powerful than the physical that we believe that we are living in. The quantum is reality. The physical is only a minor aspect of this reality. This is all from God. It is not created by a computer program simulating reality. Consciousness is what some call the soul. Science cannot fully define consciousness. It is who we are without our bodies. It is our butterfly inside the cocoon that we know as our body.
I'm not certain that I like the video game analogy. I prefer to say that God plays chess. God has to move one piece (person, thing or situation) to one location before moving another. It is intricate because God is keeping all people on the path that God chose for them. I know that God allows us leeway but will not let us stray too far from our chosen path. The scientific explanation is that we are all in a superdeterministic universe.
And I do believe in reincarnation but not from personal experience. I have seen many documentaries that show that very young children, one or two years old, recount past memories of another life. They are too young to have been schooled with the great details that they give. Their parents have to do a great deal of research to even find out that the person who they say they were actually existed.
Flat earth. The man who started the flat earth conspiracy admitted that he did so to make money from followers. He got the idea from an old belief. A flat earth is an archaic idea that he borrowed. It is similar to young earth creationists who got the idea from the 17th century Irish Bishop, James Ussher. Ussher counted the generations in the Bible but forgot that there were other people besides Adam and Eve and their descendants. Genesis 1:26-27 speaks of this. The Bible doesn't say how long the other people were on earth before Adam and Eve. Today, when you see conspiracy theories, it always comes back to people who found a way to relieve other people of their money by creating a story that they could sell to naïve people who will not question the veracity of their statements.
I have had Deja vu many times. When I have, it is always that God gave me a dream before the event actually happened. I can't say this for certain but I would believe that our dreams allow our consciousness to reach out into other dimensions. This may be because, while we are sleeping, we aren't concentrating on our physical existence in this dimension. It frees us from this.

I have one question for you. Can you use your wisdom to bring people together? FUN FACT:
When playing certain video games, if you intentionally force the character to go out of bounds [ OOB ] The system displays you on the map as being in "Inner and or outer heaven"
The place is desolate. It has no real law of physics.
It looks like an abandoned desert where game artifacts are strewn as though they had no potential in the actual game.
If you look back, you can see into the actual mission you are supposed to be playing but because you aren't there, the mission area is absent the "people" you are supposed to be interacting with.
All that remains are the buildings, objects, and natural surroundings. They look completely static.
They exist because you are looking at them from outside the game, but once you pop back into the gameplay, they're all there and the "people" immediately continue on as if you never left. It's weird.
And although the game is fully networked and many other characters are in the same [OOB] they never see each other in OOB.
Sometines they see the same but different desolate abandoned realm.
They only leave the OOB because it has no creative area in it. You get bored exploring nothingness.
This is the exact description of the static space/ flexible time scenario described by certain spiritual texts, that say outside of our reality, a being has a fixed. viewpoint of space, but can go forward and backward in time with ease. The “space” is our realm.
Wonder who gave the OOB concept to the video game makers??? This is very close to what would be considered a Spiritual Truth!

That's according to the word of Elihu, but didn't God say at the end of Job that Job was the only one righteous in his words and that Jobs friends did not speak what was right? So how can you trust the word of Elihu?
Once I dived into this thought, I started connecting a lot of dots in the Bible. The bible talks about new Heaven and a New Earth for the former things have passed away, Revelation specifically says that there will be no more mourning nor outcry, disease and death, they will not come to mind because they will wiped away from our memories. Not that God isn't capable of doing any of this outside a simulation.
But, a lot does come into question. I don't think it is wrong or antithetical to ponder such an idea either. We are constantly told we are sojourners passing through a world that is not our home. We are constantly told to focus on the things unseen not the things seen. The bible also says that some are known from the beginning to be righteous and others not.. implying a predestination type thing.. perhaps some of the wicked people are programs running?
While I enjoy the muse of pondering such things, I do not commit myself over to this belief. It helps me see things better, more tangibly and easier for my mind to understand using these analogies. But i by no means think it is certain to be true.
Not just the torah.. many people of different religions and those of no religion have suggested and preached that this world is an illusion/hologram/simulation.

The Matrix misintreprets Baudrillard's Simulacra & Simulation (which is shown in the film when Mr. Anderson uses it as a stash for his computer disks), the way that it's misinterpreted in the movie is that Neo exits the matrix but according to Baudrillard you cannot get outside of it. However, in the later films we see Neo using his powers that he has in the matrix outside of the matrix maybe saying that you can only exit one matrix to enter another one.
What if in the craziest of chances God made all of this and it isn’t a simulation? Wouldn’t that be absolutely amazing?

If 100℅ of our observations is that consciousness comes from consciousness, then like the chicken/egg scenario, maybe the flaw in this logic is thinking at some point in the past there was an egg that didn't come from a chicken. What if all the eggs came from chickens and all the chickens came from eggs? We have no evidence that one existed without the other in any instance of the cycle, but our brains in the search for meaning creates an artificial border so that we can theorize something coming from either nothing or an external creator.
While I agree it's a "simulation" (and several ancient texts in various cultures agree), I think many of the arguments you made (but not all) weren't strong.
Much of it was "simulation of the gaps."
"Well, if it's a simulation, why not?" isn't actually supportive of it being one. A doesn't follow from B by necessity, for example. The argument leaves room for other answers.

On another note, as you said "God is One," that is, "everything." So, I see it as God being the player and we are the characters. Over time our egos build up and we become used to responding on autopilot, like NPCs.
But, if we are mindful, if we listen to that still, small voice, we can hear the player and submit to divine will. There are reminders everywhere, but we get used to autopilot. But, that's what free will is: being able at any moment to choose between ego autopilot or letting the player take control.

When i feel my arms go numb and my ears burn hot and my heart starts racing, the light dims, my knees get wobbly, and my vision twists things, it doesn't much matter to me whether this body and this world are a simulation. I just want to latch onto life, i want to take control of my body and make it behave, i don't want to slip into darkness. Whether this * is * a simulation or not, isn't actually what makes our lives real. Rather, our experiences -- our consciousness -- is.
Some video games can have multiple endings depending on how fast the game is completed, the percentage of items collected, missions done, etc. There can be perfect endings, bad endings or normal endings. Similar to how Moshiach can come quickly on a cloud by speedrunning the requirements and maxing the side quests to get all the divine sparks or can come at the appointed time on a donkey if most players are just casual players.

My Paternal Great Grandmother was Jewish. I myself, am not, i was raised in a small non-denomiational christian fellowship. However, in my early 30s I began to exploreling esoterica, mediation, and altered states of consciousness. I delved into the internal existence, exploring the inner world of seeing without sight as it were.
Coincidentally, I came across video clips of ultra orthodox jewish boys and men meditating/visualizing on the Torah. Made me think about how CPU and GPUs are structured and how they process code to read/interpret code/instructions to create meanings/solutions/visuals.
Let's not forget who wrote Cybernetics, Norbert Weiner, a descendant of Maimonides (Rambam).
So that is to say that by creating artificial processing power beyond the human mind itself that We are recreating or at least mirroring the whole of existence in a simulation of a simulation.

“God recreates the universe every day” - this resonates so much with a belief that came from a powerful personal experience (I have no prior knowledge of Torah teachings). I believe God creates the universe each “frame”(now). And the “BigBang” is more like a BigFlow, a Fountain or the source of universal flow and it also happens eternally and exists at the center of a horn torus whose surface is our spacetime. So basically spacetime continually expands into existence through this horntorus center singularity that we call BigBang and eventually loops back into itself to be recycled.
I'm not Jewish at all, but I enjoy learning about everything regarding theology. Very Interesting video.
