  • We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have had the privilege of engaging in a meaningful conversation with Keith Roberts, one of New Zealand's most esteemed strength and conditioning coaches.
    In the course of our discussion, Keith generously shared captivating anecdotes about his illustrious career spanning eighteen diverse sporting codes, sharing stories about training some of New Zealand's most renowned athletes.
    Throughout his remarkable journey, Keith has played an instrumental role in the success of various sports teams, contributing to World Cup victories, Commonwealth Games gold medals, and an impressive six consecutive world sevens series titles with the New Zealand Men's Sevens team. Keith has also made significant contributions to the success of the Bay of Plenty Provincial Rugby team, the Bay of Plenty Rugby Sevens team, and the Wellington Hurricanes Rugby team to name a few.
    Additionally, Keith expertise extends beyond rugby, as he has worked individually with international cricketers, as well as Olympic and Commonwealth Games athletes, further solidifying his reputation as a highly sought-after and accomplished professional in the realm of strength and conditioning.
