Now I’ve completed 2 so this year I will also have a crack at the Kosci miler. I’ll be sharing your Dad’s insights with my wife, who I wouldn’t be able to do this without!

Would love to know what you're filming with and any tips for simple yet effective (and reasonably affordable) gear for running content. GoPro seems an obvious choice, but as a creator you may have some other options? Cheers!
Any of the action cams are really the only choice for during runs. GoPro, DJI or even the insta360 cameras will all do a decent job. For all the non-running stuff the quality of mirrorless cameras is unbeatable. I’m on a Fuji XT4 and dji action 2. The basics of sound and lighting will always apply, but often turning the camera on is the hardest part!
