Yes they can be added to Rest of World or you can create a new league. However it is kick-off and tournament mode only. if you want it to work in Career Mode you must replace an existing team or league

My question is , will there be complications in career mode ? Like that team showing up there ? I am a novice so I ask you 😊 . I just wanna use the team for friendly matches and create tournaments with it . I don't want it to show in career mode .
Bro my suggestion to u is that put your team in lower league like out of europe or mls which basically u won't play or it will not effect your team if you are worried about your players they will appear in career mode and big clubs could buy them so u can do is loan your players to your team which you're creating till june 2030 .
