like phoon said, he didn't like the shift of the cs community as it's come to its focus on to its money and fame so it's not all about the movement. As he mention it was only a part of why he quit

Believe it or not I actually talked to phoon, ( i can prove you ) and he told me he quit cuz he didnt like the game today, he said movement was slow and he just prefered CSS vs CSGO. After he replied all my questions he then removed me and I never talked to him again.

there was a pro that talked about playing with and against phoon and he said that he was the worst and best person on ur team because he would always go for bhop frags but he wouldnt always get it and going against him was the worst because if he had a good match where he was hitting all the bhops he was unkillable

im pretty sure that video with 11 million views isnt phoons channel. i remember it a long time ago like in 2014 he had a personal youtube channel and it had videos of him on csgo and css, not just the too much for z block video.
Yeah it's ebatey's channel and he made csgo edits, phoon asked/commissioned him to put that video online since another editor did the first version of "phoon too much for zblock" but phoon didn't like it and it was never released until phoon got famous. I can't find in the wayback machine phoon's original channel and for that reason I couldn't put it in the video :/

The thing about Phoon is that he could still bhop like that in official servers, where movement was limited due to zblock. He probably wasn't the actual "best" but I think he gets the podium at least.
@@ded-1-sec no. if you play with zblock on, it cuts the air acceleration in half. without the speed gained by turning, it's no longer possible. these clips are from before zblock was implemented on esea servers.
When I searched information about zblock for this video I have found a reddit thread with "what is zblock". like I said it was like a ESEA plugin that made bhop harder, but it was still possible bhopping and Phoon could bhop like if there it wasn't.
