CS188 is another pooper that's good at this. For example, in "Commercialism Up Your Chimneyhole," at th-cam.com/video/buI_EY_wme8/w-d-xo.html "Take your friend's life" is the only real joke he made in that section, but all the buildup to it isn't just filler. It's there to show you exactly where all the components of that final sentence mix come from, so that you can see just how short the source was and how little editing was required. CS basically plays the whole source for the viewer before making the joke, with a few throwaway edits to keep it from being too boring. But if "Take your friend's life" was delivered without that context, it wouldn't have seemed as funny, or clever, or impressive.

What ever happened to going to a bar to meet a pretty lady to take home to bed? Drining too much tequila seems to result in being a 'hater'. This guy is so toxic that not only is the bar empty, but the bartender left. Maybe becuse she was so S**tfaced the night before that he woke up in the bar, it seems like the morning from the lighting.
