    Good video, the case cut of device is something I will pick up, as for all your 650 accessories most of them are on my want list. I enjoy reloading nearly as much as shooting. Keep up the good work.

    Check out Kinetic Arc Metalworks for a wall mounted shell plate holder. Love mine and it gave back a ton a table space.

      Thank you for the kind words! Sounds like I need to get back on the horse and make some new vids! The way I have my 650 set up now is perfect for me. It runs very well and is very consistent. I'll have to think up some new content! I hope you hit the thumbs up on all the vids you liked!! It will help in the long run... Best of luck.

    I picked up a 2nd Dillon 650 at a local gun store a guy took in to sale, never used, New in the Box even for $550.00. Bought the entire setup including 4 caliber conversions all on there on quick change heads and powder drops, extra bells and whistles (alarms, powder check, powder level alarm, Dillon dies, stands for the other caliber conversions, extra primer tubes, case feeder, etc... list goes on and on), even had a damn Mr Bullet feeder too.
    The guy bought all this stuff then decided he did not have enough time to setup the press so he sold it. I added up everything that I picked up, came to over $3,500,00 - $4,000,00 and all I could think about is “what the hell was going threw this mans head?” I mean the stuff was brand new and even found one of the receipts for some of the order and it was for more than he sold it for. Why? Is all I could think....
    I never met the man, the press was already there when I happen to just drop by to pickup some odds and ends, and came across this hell of a deal. The press had not been there for 10 mins before I got there and I jumped on it quick because it would have not been there for another 5 min because a guy walked in behind me and was looking for a press and was a bit upset that I got this press before him, he was almost crying that he had not seen it first. He followed me out to my truck wanting to buy it from me for $1,500.00, then $2,000,00, nope I was keeping this deal, going in my own gun store I am opening soon, already have my FFL and SOT for class 3 Firearms.

    What is the bottle thing under the priming system? Loaded primer cathcer? Thanks. Enjoy your videos in Australia. Cheers!

    • @bravo1xray522
      @bravo1xray522  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      The bottle is for catching live primers that were skipped for whatever reason in the priming system. It catches them to use at a later time. Thanks for watching from across the globe!! 73

    Have you noticed how your bench is getting smaller? I had to convert a cabinet to store all my toolheads. That gave me back my bench top. Good video"s.

    I think it's almost the same price to buy another base model 650 with a pre-installed dies. I could be wrong. But I got a quick Change set and it's not that quick maybe easier swapping the casefeeder from press to press

      Matt Lord thank you for the comment! As of today I'm loading 8 different calibers. I dont have room for that many presses. To change over from caliber to caliber isn't too bad. I can have it changed over in about 30min. If you can keep the primer system the same it's even less time.

    Nice video man. I'm surprised you haven't added the spent primer cup. I found it to be a must...well worth the $$. What are you hanging your primer pickup tubes on?

    • @bravo1xray522
      @bravo1xray522  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry for the delay Mike. They are hanging on a Inline Fabrication mount. Thanks for the comment!

      Or, you drill the bottom out of a .44 Mag case (I think it was that or a .38 Special case I used - I've seen others cut the bottom out of a .223 case and flare the bottom), remove the original spent primer cup and the spent primer cup bracket, slide the drilled out case into the notch of the primer cup bracket, and screw the bracket back into place. Then slide a piece of flexible tubing over the case (secure with a hose clamp) and run the other end down into an old soda bottle or something similar. Works very nice!
