15:40 solo drills 🙌 because most of us can't get anyone to do practice drills. Such a great tip: drop the ball, do a speed up hit, and then get immediately into the ready position for your opponent's hit. Getting back into a ready position is vital, and most of us non-athletes need to train our brain to do just that.
