Just mute it if you don't like the TTS, The TTS is definitely not perfect, they can't say dottore, fatui, signora, fontanians, comrade, liyue and tsaritsa properly 😂
I know that if you talk to them before the stormterror attack mondstad they have another dialogue, they said they will might step up against stormterror

I do have some info from my own experience with the game. If you do Perilous Trail before finishing Inazuma, then the dialogue for Inazuma is skipped over. They've been talking about the stuff in The Chasm for a LONG time now.
