If a person is too rich and he need to become a IAS or IPS office is that possible .do personal net worth would be a problem for becoming a Civil servant?

Would a case of a civil servant found to be involved in acts of domestic violence at home be considered as violation of conduct rules ? Can it be considered as 'unbecoming of a civil servant' as per the conduct rules ?
Sir I'm M.A B.ed from mumbai University.I wanted to apply for kset but since I was born in military hospital in Jammu Kashmir and most of education completed outside karnataka. I didn't have Kannada subject. Can I still apply for kset under any clause of karnataka civil service.
sir one request I would like make here..could u explain how to make policy .bcoz in previous year in case studies one question has asked in which policy has to be framed for the welfare of a vulnerable section..!!
sir but in todays time we see that cs work as a political men. especially ias nd ips. we come to hear in news that ips has been reduced to a mere force. it is not that now for what it was meant to be. so sir being an aspirant it feels sad to hear all this but my question is dat how are we gonna get back to the right path.
my friend ..u know tat our fingers are not of same size in the hand..no need to be discouraged by seeing corrupted officers as no exam in the world can't change personality of any man..there are many ias or ips who put their life in duty..t.n.seshan ias,umesh chandra ips,vyas ips, sankaran ias, many many n many..so don't worry my friend ..there are many colonies in india named after ias or ips officers for their way of changing ppl lives..so prepare happily sans any guilty ..
koushik s . thank you sir I will keep it in mind. sir I feel the preparation of this exam is such that it will give a new perspective to life. i wanna be an IPS. if I see that my hands r tied and I cannot stop the culprit then I think it affects the integrity of police as well as other cs. as sir was teaching about code of conduct so I pointed out this point. and thanks sir for replying
+Tanmoy Dey i belong to ap..i can tell u the names of fabulous ips officers..seetharamnjneyulu ips he showed nightmare to politicians n bar owners during his period as guntur sp....vyas ips founded grey hounds ..anti naxal team got national wide reputation ,surendra babub ips..cv anand ips...n many..so tere pass dhum hai tho none can do anything other than transfer ..if u got transfer u will be posted to police station itself but not to post office ..remember !!
+Tanmoy Dey ur hands are tied but u should be dare enough to chop them..police means not only the civil police but also crpf ,raaw,ib,cbi,acb ..enjoy the preparation my friend ..always remember u can be posted again to police station itself but not to post office or municipality ..and many ips officers dedicated n died in duty..cherish them for inspiration also for aspiration..

It is a criminal offence.... comes under IPC....
