Page 7 of the rules state you gain only one treasure card per turn no matter how many monsters you defeat during that turn. Unless I'm misinterpreting the rules, I think you incorrectly drew multiple treasure cards after defeating multiple monsters.
I know I’m really late on this game but I’m a hardcore video gamer and just started getting back into board games again haven’t really played board games since I was a kid my favorite was hero’s quest back in the day it’s probably in my moms attic somewhere lol anyway I recently purchased this game for the purposes of playing solo I love a good dungeon crawl, I haven’t played it yet but I unboxed it and sleeved up all the cards my question is how much replay ability in your opinion does this game have from a solo point of view and have you tried any of the other board games /expansions for this games I’m aware of the fact other d&d board games are compatible just wondering if you have ever combined any ??
Good idea for a channel. It looks like you fogot to start the game with one random treasure item. It’s also easy to forget to draw a treasure when kiling a monster. monsters move tile-to-tile via bone piles (I can’t recall if CR rules say that but all the other games do. there was a CR 1st edition rulebook and a reprint with some updated rules from what I recall. they wanted to speed up the game with less decision making. the rat swarm attacks the entire tile so didn’t matter in this game) otherwise if the bone pile is occupied place it anywhere like you did the zombie. draw only one treasure per turn no matter how many monsters you kill. since you killed the kobold and zombie that’s only one card. playing solo it can be asy to forget these things even though the syste is streamlined. I also keep the defeated monaters XP pile next to the encounter cards to remind me 5xp can cancel an encounter after looking at the card.
