Impressive speed for just a 20cc increase in displacement and a tune, nice. My stock Monkey with hit 51-52 mph in still conditions on level ground. good job
On my stock Dax ST 125 (same stock engine as stock Monkey 125) I managed to hit 118 kph on speedometer (108 on GPS) downhill with tailwind and tucking like theres no tomorrow… then I realized the engine cuts out due to limitations at that speed (118 speedometer) - so i changed from the stock 15 tooth front sprocket to a 14 tooth, but then the engine still cuts out at 118 kph on speedometer (101 on GPS) as before, but the speedometer is way off with a 14 tooth so it reduced top speed very much.

It has more before it hit the limiter.
surprising!! I assume the 1.5L/5L fuel economy of these beast is out of scope with this 145cc instead of the 125cc. How far for your ride ?
Yeah, the fuel economy is shot now!! Get about 90miles from a tank
Speed setting of TAKEGAWA DN meter 100%? 110%? OR?
Corrected to GPS on my mobile 👍🏻

is the limiter at 8500? these engines can handle 11000 no problem
Really? That seems high without valve springs?
