Sherralin, I admire your patience with peoples poor driving skills and some comments. You are the calmest person I have come across. Thanks for all your wonderful work you put into the making of these videos this past year. Hope you had a lovely Christmas, wishing you and the family a safe , peaceful and productive New Year. Sarah from Tasmania.
Fascinating to see the contrast in weather on that trip from dusty pavements to fog and eventually puddles of rain, lovely journey, hope you had a great Christmas.
Feliz Fiestas Sherralin, particularly liked this video as I lived 15 years nr Dolores and drove for a few local outfits ,I lived in formentera 03179,and used to load out of there with pallets of rubber packaging for Lincoln,,anyways keep them coming.🎄👍
Of course, I'd have one hit that. Thanks for the videos this year, they've quite literally taken me back down the same roads in Spain 30 years ago. Happy New Year.
Hi Sherralin, hope you had a lovely Christmas. My most favourite part so far (I'm at 09:30) are the blue skies. In Manchester, all this week has just been very foggy, and I mean foggy, not misty. Not seen it like this for quite a few years.
Hope you had a very Merry Christmas and all the best for 2025.🎅🎅 They really like to test your reversing skills, slow and steady wins the race.😲😲 Thanks again for a really interesting video.
Hey-up Sherralin wish I'd known you were in honiton I'd have popped round with a sandwich for ya 😊 I've just round the corner Hope you have a good Christmas and all the very best for the new year 😊
Hi Sherralin and another very interesting and informative video. I noticed that after departure from Dolores the slip road onto a dual carriageway was actually marked (with the triangle) for the joining drivers to 'give way' to traffic already on the carriageway; is this normal for Spain since the rule over here in Blighty that seems to be accepted is you play the good driver game and just merge as and when ?
Thanks for watching 😁 In both countries the joining traffic has to give way. It is seen as a “common courtesy” in UK that vehicles on the main carriageway move over, they are not required to and this should not be taken for granted. If you check Highway Code rule, Joining the motorway (259) it explains more, including the following points; You should, a. give priority to traffic already on the motorway b. check the traffic on the motorway and match your speed to fit safely into the traffic flow in the left-hand lane c. not cross solid white lines that separate lanes or use the hard shoulder d. stay on the slip road if it continues as an extra lane on the motorway e. remain in the left-hand lane long enough to adjust to the speed of traffic before considering overtaking.

That’s ok. I sure you didn’t. I’m aware that text is down to interpretation. I’m glad you pointed it out, thank you. 😁
