Does it come with a lot to block off the factor fuel filter or does it become a secondary filter?

My dad's Cp4 injection pump just went out on his 2016 lml duramax. The truck only has 101000 miles. Guys, I recommend putting on air dog lift pump on your truck.
my 2015 did it as well, i just dropped the tank today to drain and clean and also install the Airdog system at the same time. Then...onto the front

I am looking to get either the titan or SB XXL fuel tank to double my fuel capacity. Wandering if you have ever looked into these. Any pros or cons to either. And lastly would I still be able to install a lift pump with a bigger fuel tank?
Going with Airdog because of install location and not having to drop tank or need for a sump. I know fass may be better & have better filters though... 😔 but I'll have 3 filters on my truck 🙃
I just got 2013. Only 70,000 miles garage kept. It’sgetting the air dog and CP3 refit this week Thanks for the info.

You don't have to tune it you can put it on any stock truck

No but it will definitely help keep your cp4 working for a long time because it delivers pure diesel fuel
Say if a wire comes lose on the lift pump or the lift pump fails for any reason will it starve the injector pump from getting fuel?
Yes .the truck want run because it has no way to get fuel if the lift pump stops
Nope it will be restricted but will still run because airdogs use a flow thru design
So can you have a stock truck and put a lift pump on it?
Yes. The early model Duramax didn't come with a lift pump. The truck uses the Cp3 too pull fuel from the tank.

I have a 2014 duramax and I'm looking to add the FASS lift pump kit . Question ? I see the FASS videos and they drop the tank and drill holes in the tank pump ? Is there a reason that's not done in your video. New project so wanting to make sure ?
They’re most likely drilling for a sump kit that goes on the bottom of the tank

Yes give your truck clean fuel it will protect injectors and keep pumps happy. Ps use EDT for Hot Shoot Secret aswell for lubrication and cetan boost aswell keep things clean.

Just leave it and you can use the primer pump to help you prime it when changing your filters

I just bought the AirDog PureFlow FP-100 for my completely stock 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500HD LML Duramax Truck with 144,500 miles on it. I just bought the truck. I’m in North Branch Minnesota. Who can help me install this ? And did l buy the correct pump?
So on this LmL their is no need for a suction tube inside the tank? Is it going to get fuel from the bottom of the tank
You still use the Factory line in the tank the pump pulls fuel from it.

I’d do both. Lift pump won’t save the cp4 forever. Just help prolong it
My kit came with a high flow suction tube. Do I need to use it or can I just use the oem supply on the top of the tank?
Did you need the high flow suction tube or were you able to pull fuel through the factory fuel module?
