This session proves bike fitting is a science. I cannot imagine one who ridiculously does it in 10-15 mins then makes you spin for a few minutes on a trainer, position you ala tour de france racer then whoalah! compliments you as if he made an instant superhuman out of you then...(hold your breath) ....asks you, “refund or no refund??” .... fist bump.

The way magsalita si coach fred makikita mo agad yung lalim ng pinagaralan nya sa bike fitting. He's taking bike fitting as a very serious matter sa isang nagbibisikleta. There's no such thing as, "bike fitting is just a 10min adjustment". 🤣

Well Maam Eloi. You definitely need a Chiropractic adjustment. The imbalances really affects our performance. Di lang ako sure saan yung pinakamalapit sayo na chiropractor.

This is best for athletes, kasi they have to be in their best possible position when riding para makuha best speed at power when competing. Advisable din ba to for like hobbyist? mga riders na tipong padyak/pasyal rides lang..pero doing long rides/multi-day rides? Kasi at any given time they can adjust their positions, no pressure kasi hindi naman nangangarera.

Magandang investment talaga yang bike fitting na yan. Pero sana wag nyo na i divide ang community sa kung sino ba mas magaling or kung scam ba yung isa. Kahit ano pang magandang sabihin nyo, hindi kayo makakalibre ng bike fit sa kanila.hahaha.
The Ilagans have their certifications and Cruz also have a long list of credentials to back him up. They're also both Triathletes. Mas Active nga lang yung isa till now. Pareho ko silang pinapanood to get as much valuable tips as I can. In my opinion, they're both legit, Cruz is just a better salesman. Kaya wak na kayo mag away jan. Hindi kayo makakalibre. Nood nalang kayo para may matutunan kayo.
