But, as her e-Com VA, I can see the demand and it's really selling sa North America and Europe. Parang dito sa Asia, in general lang yata ang still used to pads.

Helloi Eloi 👋🏼 you can try using an app called "bikemap" developed specifically for cyclists. Works (almost) like Google maps but primarily directs cyclist routes instead of cars/motorcycles. Meron din audio option so you can use it like how you are using maps. Hope this helps. Ridesafe po 😊

Yes. Though still haven't found my goldicup yet kaya may leak pa din minsan but yeah it's still comfortable, and if you're still new to road biking it's advisable also not to wear underwear, derecho bib na agad (both for men and women siya actually) just in case new sayo yung info na yun :)

Hello! Ako din, actually first day ko nung sa vlog na to. Hehe. Pero what I observed for the past few years, regular cycling/exercise really helps maging manageable yung period cramps. Kasi before, may mga 1 or 2 months ata akong no bike pati any exercise then pag-dating ng period ko, sobra sa sakit yung cramps ko na mangiyak-ngiyak na talaga. Parang 9/10 yung sakit na gumugulong gulong talaga sa kama, ganun. Lol. Then nung bumalik ako mag-bike nag-cacramps pa din ako pero hindi na kasing sakit compared nung natigil ako bigla.
