How to remove and install a 2014-2019 Kia Soul rear bumper

My 2019 Soul is getting the rear bumper replaced at the shop. It’s been over a month and I still don’t have it back. I’m thinking they must have broken something while trying to take it apart. Really appreciate the insight you provide here!
