Still looks good but oil is not hot enough. I never pop my food in if temperature is not right. It will make the food greasy. First food soaks in food if temperature is not hot enough. Secondly, the food takes longer to cook thus soaking in more oil.
How do you know that the Temperature is not right? Do you have a Fish cake store too?
@@rhonchee I actually have 2 restaurants in the U.S.. Lol. We are opening a new in Louisiana but we are at a standstill bc of Covid. Planning to open a seafood restaurant and one Italian restaurant in Vietnam in the future.

Yeah, it's a fishcake "dough", it's ground fish meat (maybe some seafood too) from mostly white fish mixed with onions, carrot, salt and pepper, water, maybe some other spices and veggies, and enough flour to form an elastic dough.
