@@hikconnect I can’t see the live view of cameras from my mobile device anymore. There is a lock sign 🔒 on cameras. They say enter device verification code to decrypt. When I enter the code it say device password verification failed

You can change your verification code first, then reboot your device. From the app, please logout first, then login again. And try access again
