You should really pause in the hole of a snatch to gain stability before standing. You should never "ride the bounce and come out of the hole"... like you would see in a clean. Bouncing out of the hole in a snatch will often cause the barbell to come forward and you'll see the lifter step forward in an attempt to regain control.
60fps looks so weird... feels like real-time fast-forward. So all this time when they said that 24fps is all we can see anyway... they were lying, right?
