Many years ago an ex girlfriend of mine picked up reign in blood, hell awaits and show no mercy original vinyls signed for £2 each still have them. She sadly passed away from a stroke a few years ago rip Shelley 🤘🏻

You're completely right about Slayer and Nuclear Assault, also with Voivod first thoughts, not an easy band to get into. I like some Marillion stuff, however i'm not a big prog fan, but those two boxsets looks awesome. cheers and be well

Great entry to Kris' contest John! Reign in Blood was a gamechanger for me too, got me into the extreme side of Metal a lot more. Still very new to Voivod, haven't listened to that album yet. But I know they get more progressive and different as they go on. Best of luck in the draw mate 🤘🏻🤘🏻😁

Nice one John, GNR appetite for destruction was another album that benefited from a double album release, but I agree that most record companies are taking the p155 with making albums double just for the sake of it. US import tax is a bstard but not sure we can blame brexit for that one!
Hahaha import taxes and postage costs are a game killer, I always add to the cart to see if the postage stays the same or if it f'kin doubles! 😂 Still haven't received my Winterfylleth album, I emailed them the weekend but haven't had a reply yet 😭
