Dr i am from kerala I did upper jaw surgery on January 29th, today, March 31, the swelling has reduced well, but my nose seems to be widened. Will that widen change, can I go back to my old nose, please tell me, I am very tense

You mention having to intubate through the nose and recommend doing nose surgery at a later point in time, but what if I have a problem with my sinuses and struggle to breathe through my nose? Is it still possible to intubate? I can breathe partly through my nose but it gets stuffy very easily, so I worry I wouldn't be able to breathe during the surgery ;-; Should I fix my breathing problem first and get my nose done at the same time or get double jaw surgery first?
