When Seconds Matter: Elijah's Call // Riverside County Fire Department

Last year, CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department responded to more than 80 drowning calls.
These calls can have tragic results that alter the lives of families and public safety personnel who respond to them.
This is one of those calls.
