I like to keep a permanent bookmark in John chapter 6. Thank you Father. Always enjoy your insight on here and your website. God bless you. Wish I was at that Mass with you and the heavenly court!
Good morning Father 🙏🙏 Been there it’s so holy to and unbelievable too be where St Join lived and had his revolutions 🙏🙏 St Join pray for us and peace 🙏🙏
Thank you, Father. Great insight! This trip is bearing fruit! Greece has always been my dream destination! I may only make it there vicariously through you. Please keep sharing your pilgrimage there with us. 🙏🥰😇
I like how at certain points in your talk, there was a dove chiming with harmony in the background, as if to say as a representative of the Holy Spirit: "This part is important! Listen to it carefully."
Good morning dear Father Nix. What a wonderful inspiring talk you just gave right there at Potmos itself where St. John might have walked...I thoroughly enjoyed your insights on this beautiful apostle. The only one who didn't die a martyrs death, though they tried, but he was to live on and write his Apocalypse after St. Mary's ascension into heaven.
Thank you, Father, for teaching us about Saint John. You give me something to ponder, and am praying to do God's Holy Will. So good to learn the truth and to try and apply it to my life. Blessings for the rest of your stay and safe travels.
This is timely in light of an online dispute I had with a heresy hammer, yesterday. I provoked it. Mea Culpa ! However,he went way off with insults. As he is known to do. He is claiming to defend Magisterial teachings but like a Protestant he picks and chooses which papal docs he wants to use, while completely ignoring other papal documents addressing the same topic that don't make his arguments so easy. I must say, my sensus fidelium was alerted to be wary of him long before he was addressing Catholic topics. "Something kept telling me he is laying the ground to come after the True Faith." And I suspect he is in the employ of those whose seeds of corruption have been sewn in the Church. PRAYER IS NEEDED to discern this. I have started praying the Litany of the Saints and urging all Catholics to do this daily! We need them to expose the Wolves in Sheep's/Shepherds clothes. 🙏🙏🙏
great insight Father, may I interject that St. John may have been referring to the 'other' form of love when He said, "My Children, love one another" That type of love is love in the form of 'a duty' or an obligation to tell one another the truth, not to remain silent or even complacent as we are today. When we put ourselves on the line ( so to speak ) that is love. We need to be more militant in those regards. Thanks for the video.
When the disciples of St John asked why he kept saying "love one another", John's reply was something along the lines of "because that's what the Master always said". A minor correction, but very illuminating I think,

This is the ancient liturgical description which is definitive on the saint: "My little children, love one another. At last the disciples and brethren were weary with hearing these words continually, and asked him, Master, wherefore ever sayest thou this only? Whereto he replied to them, worthy of John, It is the commandment of the Lord, and if this only be done, it is enough."
She had her writings on the banned list when the Vatican banned books. Her writings are no longer banned because the Vatican no longer bans books. She is a Servant of God, but flags have been raised and her process has been halted for now.
@@debrasaints3809 that’s not what father Inuzzie who is a real theologian , father O’Conner, father Celso and more think. They explained that has happened in the past like to st. I was on Patmos forty four years ago Father. It’s a beautiful place. Thank you for this reflection.

Question- Do you think that the reason St. John the apostles body wasn't found because he was taken up to heaven, like the prophet??
I thought we had relics of him but I might be wrong
I read (sorry, i cant remember who said it) that St John was probably around the age of 13-14?
Fiat! Dear father pls read the book of heaven written by Luisa Piccarreta dictated by our blessed Lord Jesus Christ.
Maybe you had better read her diaries before recommending that to anyone. 🙏
Yeah the Vatican warned about her work in the 1930s, I think
