I just ordered a stump bucket today, got a lotta small trees and brush to clear out for firewood stacking in my woodyard. Looks like you made it work for you, just takes time and patience.
Awesome! I haven't actually tried it on stumps yet, strongly enough. I'll eventually get a video out of it in action on stumps. Let me know how you like. Thanks for watching.
Thanks. That video was a year and a half ago and it's still working great. People recommended I put a culvert pipe in, which was a good idea, but so many leaves that flow with the rains would have just plugged it up all the time. It does exactly what I needed it to. Thanks for watching my channel. Pls check out my website if you haven't yet. Lot's more supporting info available there. twc-projects.net
Just ordered a stump bucket as well today along with a new TYM 2515….lol. Salesman told me it’s a Branson tractor all the way except for the TYM badging. It has the steel fenders and hood! The three point hitch components look incredibly beefy. I love the pinned adjustments in place of the cheesy sway bars. I ordered the gear drive or shuttle shift model . I’m sure I would like the HYdro drive unit much better to operate but I like the idea of longevity of the fear drive as well as lower cost of the trans fails. I’m stoked! Can’t wait to get it!! I may try to get ahold of some Branson decals to replace the TYM ones…..I just like the Branson ones better. I know I’m weird like that. I may just get some custom decals made and get creative with logos and the tractor name. Got a killer deal , cheaper than a BX 25 and comes with six implements, third function and slip clutch add on.
How exciting! Congratulations! Yes, TYM bought Branson and have now put their branding on it; no more Branson website, etc.. But as far I know, they haven't really changed much. They bought Branson because it was such a well engineered product and I've heard TYM wanted to use some of Brandon's design and manufacturing for other TYM lines. That might be BS from the Branson people, but that was what I heard. Thanks for watching and your comments. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
Hey there. Thanks for the support and for subscribing. Great idea for loading IBCs. I'll try that out when I eventually move out to my Bear Ridge property. If you haven't already, please check out my new website: twc-projects.net
I have the exact stump bucket, or "poor man's backhoe", and used it to great effect to dig out trenches for a buried garden fence. Titan made a solid attachment in that stump bucket - I've used it to pop a number of rocks out of the ground and it's holding up just fine.
Thanks so much for sharing. That's awesome. I haven't been using it as much as I expected yet, but definitely have plans to at my off-grid property, where I'll be taking done more trees, cutting more ditches, and digging up more stones, only without the help of the rental excavator. Thanks for watching and hopefully subscribing.
Great work! I just found out about a stump bucket, and my plans are similar to yours to utilize it like a trencher. I seems like it cuts in fairly well. Thanks for the video.
Yeah. I've only used it for digging so far, and it does a good job. Haven't had a chance to try on stumps yet, but I have seen other folks use it successfully. Good luck with your projects. Thanks for watching.
The stump bucket is the poor man’s backhoe which in turn is the poor man’s excavator. Stump buckets to suit tractors are not sold in Australia. I’m thinking of learning how to weld and making one or getting someone who knows how to weld to make one for me.
I'm sure you've already found that there are several TH-cam videos on building your own stump bucket. Gotta love TH-cam.. 😀 Thanks for watching and for your comments.
Thanks Paul. I see you've added/refreshed a couple new implements for your tractor. I need to get better about leaving comments on your channel; you're always so great about doing that for me. Keep making the videos. I enjoy seeing what you're up to.

I've been thinking of getting a bucket like this for my tractor for stumps and to do something like this to put in some corrugated pipe. Do you think having the grapple style bucket would have been better because it's 15" wide all the way through instead of narrow then getting 30ish inches wide like the one you have?
I looked at those, but was afraid my tractor didn't have enough power and weight to drive those in as deep. Guess it depends on how soft your soil is. Mine is mostly clay, so having a tighter point on the bucket seems to work better. But if you have a bigger tractor, or looser soil, the wide bucket may be better. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching and for commenting.
Thanks. Good advice. It did the job and I've had no more paddling problems, but definitely could have done several things better with that one. Always learning. 😀 Thanks for your comment and for watching. Much appreciated.
Wow love your Branson by the way I looked at one but the dealer was to far away if I had any issues. I didn’t know that tractors are really reliable at the time. If I did I would have went that way I think 🤔 Thanks for the video I have to put in a gas line soon this was great information. 😁👍🚜💨🍳 Just subscribe
Awesome! Thanks so much for your positive comments and for subscribing. Yes, the Branson has been great so far and is designed for the DIYer to do most of the upkeep themselves. But I think you made a good call about being too far from a dealer if you so need one. I would have done the same. Thanks again for watching and subscribing. Much appreciate it.
Do you have any photos on how effective your trench was after a rain? Just bought a stump bucket for my BX2380 (much smaller yractor than yoursd) and I have a serious drainage problem behind my house. Great video, thanks!
I'll try to take some pics next big rain storm, but it's working great. Only thing I wish I did differently was put 6" flex pipe across area where I drive to get to my sawmill. But all the standing water and mud is gone now, so accomplished my main goal. Thanks for watching and for your support. Check out twc-projects.net if you haven't already. And please share with friends any of the videos you like.
That's great! Yes, definitely still loving mine. Have a bunch of other videos with this tractor if you're interested; including 1st full maintenance. Enjoy! th-cam.com/play/PL8T-iSUAEa2QWRRPtDuLHEtsVFH-vzFXS.html
Sure. You can find links to all the tools and equipment I show in my videos on the Resources page of my website ( twc-projects.net/resources ). They are in alphabetical order, so scroll down to "Stump Bucket". Thanks for watching.
Thx for the video it was educational for me. You have a great attitude "always learning" and vision keep up the good work!

You did great brother, may need to add more of the bigger gravel later on after some rain a few times but great idea 💡 same concept at reservoir

Hello from Northern Virginia, just subscribed. We use our Titan bucket for many things, even loading firewood into IBC totes, Take Care 👍🏼🚜🪵🇺🇸

I’m getting ready to buy a Branson 2515H and one of the first implements I need is that stump bucket
Excellent! Hope you enjoy the tractor and get lots of use out of it. Definitely a back saver.
Thanks for watching and for your comments.

Nice work Ted. I could use a stump bucket myself.

So a year later, are you wishing you had run a pipe under he driveway?

Invest in a cheap roll of landscape fabric , will help with silt
Thanks. Good advice. It did the job and I've had no more paddling problems, but definitely could have done several things better with that one. Always learning. 😀
