I just lost my father a few months ago and seeing the Darrell's hugging at the end brought tears to my eyes but they were good tears. To anyone reading this that still has thier father, hug him while you can trust me. As always guys thanks for sharing the great videos with us all!
@@schecter7elite801 Yeah it definitely doesn't get any easier but I have to try to remember that my father would want me to be happy not crying over him all the time but sometimes it's just really hard. I lost my adoptive father who i will always think of as my real father when i was 13 to lung cancer. Im 30 years old now and he knew how to do everything. Fix cars, build houses, etc. I never got a chance to leaarn any of it though so anyone who has a father in thier 20s+ should really charish that especially if they taught you things that you now use to make a living with. He was a very strict old school father but i loved that about him because it taught me a lot of things - never start something you cant finish whether it be a job or anything else, always respect others until they show disrespect and then immediately correct it and never let others walk all over you. Always help others and do it for free if you can but dont let anyone take advantage of your kindness either. Mind your own business, if you see someone harmlessly breaking the law such as doing drugs in a place where theres no children then turn your head because thats there choice and you dont know what they've been through in life. Never cut someone off when theyre speaking, its a waste of time trying to talk over someone. Never work for less then your worth. Theres many others but most importantly if you have a good father then treat them as such because they wont always be there.😇
Ryan I really love the way you treat your guy's you are 1 of few employers that know how to treat one. We need more Ryan's out here in the world. Stay Safe and God Bless You All.

When your customer has jokes and poor Eric is the target. It's always a fun time. Love this crew. This is one of my new favorite channels by far. I was posting on every video to keep track of what I've watched, but I've been too into watching videos.
I feel Eric’s pain. Learning to build pools, it took me forever to get the string wrap around the pin. Finally got it figured out. Then went to another pool company and the entire crew had to be taught that by me lol

Great video. Daryl is such a nice young man. I have noticed he has gained a lot of weight from last year. I would be concerned about that given his age. Maybe include him in your weight loss goal. That might prove to motivate him since he has such a good friendship with you.
