COSI The Human Body READ NOTICE!

NOTICE: Part of this exhibit shows the progress of an unborn baby from 1 to 8 months, using ACTUAL human fetuses donated from the families of mothers who were deceased before giving birth. I do show this as part of the video on The Human Body, so a heads-up if you can't deal with seeing these.
This exhibit deals primarily with the Human Body and related science. Here you will see an extra-large Visible Woman (remember those models as a child? This is actual size); you can press a screen, so she tells you things related to the figure.
There is a demonstration of the old method of creating movement on a mirror, using models of hands in different positions; spin the table and look at the mirror and it simulates movement.
There's a soundproof room (totally dark) where you can holler all you want, and you don't hear any sound outside the room. I'd love to have one of those when I'm making videos :)
There's another section where you see a multitude of actual x-rays with fractures so you can see them.
Now there is a section dedicated to both the process of human birth (using models), as well as one showing the process of a pregnancy from 1 month to 8 months. As I warned you at the top of the page, these are indeed human fetuses, with a description below them showing the development process at that period of pregnancy. It is grim, but it does show the process.
