I think The Four Agreements goes great with the mindfulness workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels.

In my life now, numbers 1 and 4 are coming up a lot. I started a project that doesn't seem to move me towards my life's purpose so I am feeling a lot of resistance around it.
