It's the day after the wedding and we wake up in Llangrannog. Ever in the pursuit of food, as we tend to be, we head off to Newquay by car to find a cafe to have breakfast in by the sea. We get a bit lost on the way!
Having returned to the village hall and packed up the PA, it's time to go back to Cardiff to meet up with darling daughter Izzy and head back home.

I'm Imo and she's Izzy. We're a UK mother and daughter vlogging combo that loves to get out and about and exploring South Wales and beyond.
We're a homeschooling/home-educating family of two based in the UK dealing with the daily challenges of managing Izzy's severe, chronic eczema and her education. Our resourcefulness is tested on a daily basis, but we'd love to share our little triumphs and discoveries with you as we go along.
Imo is a flautist/flutist (flute player), and these vlogs will often take you behind the scenes of the life of a professional folk musician. Stand by for bits and bobs of live folk music and dance as they pop up in our day-to-day lives.
These videos will not generally feature recorded background music, making them extra suitable for people who aren't keen on pop music!

Again I’m finding myself imagining what it’s like to live in that small village your’e driving through…I can imagine Dan driving in the car behind you as you weave your way around, he’s going, where are we going?? LOL

evancortez2 ) this island is rammed with tiny narrow streets many were all ancient footpaths that houses were built along over the centuries, in the past they only had to be wide enough for a horse and cart to pass along hundreds of years before cars . If the road you are travelling is very long and straight with a uniform width then it’s definitely a Roman Road. In small villages The tarmac disintegrates every ten years or so because of cold winters and you can clearly see the ancient cobblestone roadway underneath, where I live the place is riddled with ancient back passages , alleyways and historic houses The Romans named it The Isle of The Dead 😬

It was lovely on that day, too. It was yet another case of finding myself somewhere lovely, only to have to leave it before having a proper explore.

A very delightful Vlog. All of these places I would love to venture to. However the skinny roads are a bit spooky looking. I would totally get the Lobster Floaty

Ha ha ha! The non-British people are quite often commenting about how narrow our roads are, but it encourages me to include more and more footage of them. 😃
I would go for the inflatable dolphin because he looks just like one of my childhood favorites, Flipper 😊

Yes - sometimes! You have to kind of negotiate with body language with the other driver about who is going to do the reversing... some people are happier to do it than others... thanks again for watching.

Ah ha...that's a very familiar lane near New quay....
We made the mistake of finding ourselves, in our campervan, a bank holiday, no less, manoeuvring at 3 mph with other bumper to bumper sun seekers...
A place best visited in winter...when waves are a crashing and the beach is your own...grumble grumble. ..ha ha

Ahhh, the plane for you. No-one’s gone for the flamingo yet. It looked like a flamingo-corn in the vlog, as there was a unicorn directly behind it. I only noticed when I edited it. I had a good laugh to myself! When are doing that long promised vlog in which you show yourself and chat to the camera?! I haven’t forgotten, you know! :-D

Imo and Izzy Vlogs We live in Worcestershire, pretty central really so most places are just a few hours away, whether it’s Wales, Cornwall, even London is only a couple of hours when we go down to visit our daughter!

It was getting to be a cow path you were driving on, but it all turned out well. I'd like the airplane inflatable! Hope the cold eases up quickly. Seems IB got it first. Yes, coins and paper money have bacteria etc on them. Handwashing is important. There are over 300 cold viruses and they can live for hours on surfaces, trains, door handles. We are always under attack.

New Quay is actually two words, unlike Newquay in Cornwall.
