I actually managed to snag this thing for 3k before they sold out and hiked the price. Love it as a newbie to DH and its more then capable of everything I can drive to.
The thing I like about the Canyon Sender is that it's a good downhill bike that can do everything if you want to bring it for park riding, or if you want it for racing. I mainly ride cross-country bikes but for when I'm riding really technical stuff or park I have a 2017 Canyon Sender CF8, it's perfect for going fast never had any issues.
probably there are some slight and even key differences between bikes, but since I don't ride competitively I couldnt care less for those differences. For me, the name of the bike is the main aspect to consider before buying. Sender is a very cool name. But my favorite is still gambler, and banshee darkside is awesome too.
I though my Propain Rage was noisy. :D I would never change my Rage for anything else due to 1 thing. I can put my saddle high and ride to my local enduro trails (yes on dh bike). Ofc I have to push the bike sometimes but doing up to 20 miles is doable.
Pinkbike did a great review back in 2019. One of many points that convinced me to get one when the opportunity for a good price was there (pre-covid) :D
Is there a way to fix the creaking noise in the headset when turning the bars? I have the same issue with mine and I've tried loosening and re-tightening but the noise came back after a few rides.
I have the same problem with my Propain Rage. I think its just what it is when it comes to bikes that are that slack. I regrease the headset, its much less noisy for a couple of rides and it comes back again. Well maybe changing headset to some cane creeks would help but honestly I dunno and I would like to know if someone dealt with this.
Are you guys running boxxers? Same problem with my 2019 boxxer on my glory. Clean grease tighten and still creaks \. drives me mad. I think it's the fork not the headset

I ended up getting a YT Tues base 650b for $2800 3 months ago before they raised the price to $3500.
That bash guard/cable routing combo is a good idea!

Gabriel wibmer's cycle🔥🔥🔥
Hey guys when do you drop the Tues video ? Summer is almost over 😉
Isn't a 29" in the back a bit big for us smaller riders? I'm very happy with my mullet🤗👏
y'all bought the kids sizes? mine has a 29 rear wheel
whats better specialized bike or canyon bike
How does this compare to the 2020 YT TUES AL
"Good value" until you realise u can pick up a dream 2nd hand dh bike for 2.4k
Please vital
Please please please do the Santa Cruz v10cc

sweet bike sweet price. would love it but it's sold out..
Gg vital. This bike is the shit for riding stuff at bike park
Could you buy a 29 inch fork so you could run a mullet setup or would it cause problems?
Maybe a shorter travel fork (like 180mm) shouldn't cause problems with the bb height. But it doesn't mean the overall handling will be improved
Anyone running a 2.5 upfront?

@@cwalt74 marzocchi bomber 58 on mine. Got the headset cleaned this past weekend so we'll see if the noise comes back anytime soon
@@cwalt74 Yes Im running 2020 Boxxer Select. Honestly I just dont give a damn anymore.
replace the plastic headset spacers that come stock on the bike with aluminum or carbon and and your creaking issues are fixed
anybody know where buy that rims?? Sun Ringle ADD Comp. That's my bike and I have the rear wheel a little bit square
Hayes is official site. Start here - hayesbicycle.com/collections/rims
Hem... Propain Rage?
6:38 the ticket is still on the pants lol
Dude, that’s a bike park lift ticket.
@@xyz-g3w6b ah oops lol
Wait so what’s stopping you from putting the flip chip in long and running a 29er rear and swapping in a 29er fork and wheel set?
The bb would be really high
Sag. But I never had that issue. I over traveled my fork by 10 my and ran a bigger front wheel and still the bb seem to not move some how at 330
@@davidhu3604 buy a 29 bike
marzocci feels good but that *slurp slurp* sound is unbearable
Consumer direct is the BEST.... bike shops are a rip off, they charge ridiculous fees on everything. they are an absolute rip off.
🤪😵😘
I like 15 minutes from a chair so I want a dh bike without the dh bike price
Flexy....no likey
1st, lol
Bikes are Good, Canyon is shit! Never again
